Terrible Customer Service all through. I would steer clear and go elsewhere. Asked for site files so I can move elsewhere … we are talking of years and still don’t have my files!

08/07 Further update. Request for files were first done when I made decision to not renew my website hosting with them. This was over 2.5years ago. Follow ups were made. Now I am told I won’t be able to get my site files.

We hired this company to optimise our website for our clinic. After 6 expensive months, the basics for the website had not been done. A brief look over by a third party highlighted at least a dozen basics missed. Communication was appalling (essentially a monthly email detailing how little they had done and how nothing was improving) and when we complained that the service was substandard, we got an incomprehensible email and a refusal to refund any money. Our website doesn’t even show up in a Google search when using the exact clinic name! We have not received one enquiry through our website as they have not done anything and have now had to employ someone else to pick up the pieces. Absolutely avoid and choose a reputable company instead.

Update - after not being able to explain why their ‘work’ led to absolutely no website leads at all, the response from them was ‘There will be no refund’. Very disappointing that companies like this are still allowed to function.

This company is a disgrace. They l rope you in, offering a good price compared to other companies. I paid half of the money up front and was then sent a potential business card- honestly my 5 year old grandaughter could do better! I have been called/emailed daily about “extras” which I had assumed was within the price agreed. If you want a decent website done do not use this company! They are now ignoring my emails!

My project was a website (PWA) which has an interactive map UI on the homepage as filter into relevant content. It took several communications to get on the same page and to eventually achieve the functionality I had envisioned in the beginning. The manager of the Project was Leizel and the Developer was Anuj.

In the end the result was exceptional. Anuj never got frustrated (despite my exacting demands and frequent emails). I have nothing but praise for this developer and team!!
I am now moving on to hosting and marketing with ElevateOM. I recommend them.
