My website looks great.
It took lots of work from us all but they responded to all my requests, questions and input.
They helped me when I needed it.
Between the 2 of them all issues were resolved.

We hired this company to optimise our website for our clinic. After 6 expensive months, the basics for the website had not been done. A brief look over by a third party highlighted at least a dozen basics missed. Communication was appalling (essentially a monthly email detailing how little they had done and how nothing was improving) and when we complained that the service was substandard, we got an incomprehensible email and a refusal to refund any money. Our website doesn’t even show up in a Google search when using the exact clinic name! We have not received one enquiry through our website as they have not done anything and have now had to employ someone else to pick up the pieces. Absolutely avoid and choose a reputable company instead.

Update - after not being able to explain why their ‘work’ led to absolutely no website leads at all, the response from them was ‘There will be no refund’. Very disappointing that companies like this are still allowed to function.

Very pleased with my new website. Elevate were great from the start. Love the design, colours and format used. Looks very professional. The team were efficient and delivered a great service in a very short timeframe. Highly recommended!

I approached this company to build me a custom dropship e-commerce website 2 years ago.
To this day after spending thousands of pounds, the website is very sub standard not like a high level website I expected compared to others out there.

I wished I had read the negative comments on here seriously!

Like so many of feedback have stated,
It has taken several months to build a website, and they push you to go live even though you not quite happy with the finished website so they can get paid.
You are told we can always revise any materials afterwards. Also it is very difficult & frustrating to get through to someone who understands with your concerns or input . It takes days for a response then nothing get done for a week has passed.

They even blamed me for issues relating to the website even though I don't have the technical knowledge to make any changes but they never take ownership for themselves.

To this day 2 years in the website is not completely finished!

My advice if you want a high level professional website go somewhere else Not ELEVATE OM

I am thrilled with my website. My designer built it to my specific requirements and tweaked it endless times (without making me feel like I was being pedantic) until I was 100% satisfied. I felt it was more than just another job to them, I honestly felt they took an enormous pride in the website and wanted me to be happy with it. I would highly recommend this company. The aftercare is excellent too. Every member of staff was polite, helpful and I received outstanding customer service.

Elevate is in the middle of doing my website, and so far, so good. They are very professional and understand the look I am going for. I highly recommend.

I hired this company, still not received the job close down. The forced me to pay the whole lot in two parts before they even finished the web site. Now, no one answers to my emails unable to phone them. The worst is, the web site is no accessible from google.

A great experience so far working with Sarah on our PPC account and we continue to grow on a month on month basis.

Horrendous people. They are only expert (or cunning?) in the marketing department, able to sell igloos to eskimos. Once they have your deposit you are dropped immediately and no further enquiries are taken, instead you are passed around from person to person (the socalled 'team' but they don't even work in the same building). Most of these people are based in different countries and so time frames and language is a major issue. Once one set price has been quoted and paid for, they then chase you for as many extras as they can, always wanting further payments. They do the work quickly but only because they want more money and the work is extremely amateur and has no professional touch at all, I continually had to ask for improvements. I had to call it a day and lost around £1000 but thank God I pulled out because it became so obvious they simply couldn't do the job to a high enough standard. Please don't be fooled by the glowing reviews, I have my suspicions about them and you don't need to give 5 stars simply because people were 'polite' or 'prompt', it's further down the road when some of these people will want to amend their reviews. I'm sure there are many other people like me who have had a terrible service but simply don't have the time to post a review which companies are very good at getting taken down anyway or are masters at excuses (I have written anonymously only because their marketing team - it shows how poor their communication is - still email me and want to sell me new things, not knowing I am badly out of pocket and would never ever use their services again under any circumstances. I don't say this lightly (and take note of the poor reviews camouflaged among the dubious 5 stars, they are red flags because there shouldn't really be any at all), please DO NOT risk your money when there are so many proper professional companies out there with a cast-iron track record.

Amazing! Within hours on the same day I posted my review they responded (they were never that quick when I wanted things done). Unsurprisingly from this company, they haven't even taken the time to read the review properly.

'We haven't a client with your name?' Again, my review explains WHY I didn't provide my full name (another reason for this is because I don't want my name or website - now up and running by an amazing company - associated with Elevate OM in any way).

'We haven't a client with your situation'. How convenient, but of course you did have back in July. Suffice to say that having quickly looked at the reviews for this company from Oct 2024 to Apr 2025, they average two one star reviews per month (3 one stars in March in fact). Need I say more, no other respected company would be getting this many one star reviews over several months (go back further and there are more actually). Best to avoid at all costs. I'd also be happy to send my communications with this company to Trust Pilot just to prove that my association with Elevate OM was real. Anyone who had paid a large sum of money only to find the company were not up to the job, would feel extremely let down. A poor review (that is genuine) is the least I could do if only to warn other people, although getting a refund from them would be like getting blood out of a stone so I have had to give that one up.

I am very impressed with the website elevateOM created for my business.
The teamwork is second to none.
I definitely will recommend to anyone looking to get a website for their business.

I've been a customer of ElevateOM for a few years now; I don't have a frequent interaction with the company (there hasn't been any need for it) but still my recent experience made me feel a valued customer, which I appreciate, it's something that does not happen that often

I had my website created. Leizel (project manager) and Avinash (web designer) were very accomodating and patient with me. To add, they service was amazing and they both did a great job.
