I ordered a display case
I ordered a display case, and the contact with Mike's Magic Store was excellent. The package arrived a bit late due to Chinese New Year, but it was very well packaged and shipped. No damage, and everything was as ordered. A big A+from me. I'll definitely order more from them.

I wanted to like my display case so badly but the quality control issues were too many to overlook. For starters, their website goes up and down pretty regularly which made me think it was a scam but I did receive the item. It was also well packaged but I immediately started running into issues as I tried to assemble it. Right from the start the instruction sheet was for a different display case. Luckily the design is pretty straight forward. Next, one hole on one of the panels was never machined so I had to drill one myself which was no big deal but I don’t have an acrylic drill bit so I was worried I was going to crack the plastic the whole time. Next, I had to drill 2 other holes because they were a fraction of an inch off on both sides of the case. Lastly, one of the panels had a small crack where a magnet was added. The printing is great and the “Stranger Things” etching as well as the magnetic name of the set are nice touches but still not enough to make up for the lack of quality control. 2 stars for design and packaging but this company needs to do better.

At the end of August I ordered an LED frame as a gift for my brother's birthday. It came without LED and with a cracked housing. I contacted support and they promised to send a new one with better packaging. Another one arrived, this time with a cracked and scratched display. After further contact, I received the frame again. It was in acceptable condition, so to speak, until I checked the LEDs and discovered they weren't working. It's mid-October, and the company hasn't responded to my message for two weeks. I don't recommend it.

Importkosten und Gebühren für Zollabfertigungen kommen noch zusätzlich dazu. Der Preis ist dann zu teuer.
In Zukunft werde ich direkt bei Aliexpress oder ähnliches bestellen.
