Just got scammed by this company
Just got scammed by this company. Website looked legit. Ordered my order and next thing you know got 2 miniature sized shampoo bottles inside. Pure scam. No idea how I am supposed to receive my money back. The number on their webpage is apparently not even registered to them. He told me to file any complaints against the company as it's not his and they just used his number. I even asked the delivery guy to open the packet in front of me which was sealed with the eKart logo. Before opening I showed him what I had ordered and he opened the packet in front of me. He refused to take it back and asked me to file a refund but there's no help for refunds from the webpage. it's like they found a loophole in the system that no orders can be returned after opening since it's not safe etc. But this is just wrong. Is there any way to take down this scam site. Someone please help.
