Absolutely stunning box sets. I have subscribed to the monthly set and so far each box has been amazing. Perfect fit with good quality material that is very soft on the skin. Plus a whole lot of extra goodies that come with the box as well, which make for the perfect 'me day' when you just need to look after yourself. Will keep my subscription until I have every set!

so this company is very good and run by very kind happy and helpful people, i got an order which was the monthly subscription mystery boxes and it was beautiful but i had picked the wrong size and had to get the sizing changed due to it being a monthly subscription however you cant do that on the website which i would say is the only flaw alas the customer help email were very understanding and helpful showing me that they really do care about their customers and the quality they will experience with their brand cant wait for my next box x 14-11-24
update XD so not only did i get a refund for my first box but they sent me a whole new set so i got two this month and the new sizes fit perfectly, even prettier than my original package, very very very pleased with this company with the people and the items received 26-12-24

This has been my favourite purchase of 2024, and will continue to keep getting this throughout next year! I love love love the company. The people are lovely the sets are stunning. 10/10 and have recommended to my friends also! So worth the price.

My husband got me a set from here, opened it and could clearly see it wouldn’t fit. The cup size is well off and it didn’t even have a size label in to show the sizes. Odd not to have a size label, the box was full of random stuff eg coffee bags, plastic leaves and scrunchie, didn’t understand the reason behind plastic leaves it was just not needed. Wouldn’t ever use again. Waste of money

I have just received my 2nd subscription box and absolutely love it! In my first box, the knickers were a bit on the small side so I contacted customer service who promptly replied and updated the size for me. I also love the little treats in the box too. Would recommend for treating yourself or your significant other.

Really good so far, only had one box but I loved it ☺️

I've had great experience with this company. When my first order came and I realised it was the wrong size, they were easy to contact and changed it for me . Since then they fit me perfectly. The underwear is of great quality and always come packed with care.

The most recent box I have recieved has been by far my favourite ! It was beautiful.
This is box number 4 I believe ! Only once was I slightly disappointed with 2 pairs of underwear being sized a lot smaller .. however as women we know what women’s sizing is like !
The company had a blip during a move but kept myself and others informed of this via email.
I continue to recommend to anyone that listens as it really is a lovely treat receiving a new underwear set every month and so reasonably priced .. plus my daughter is loving her new collection of hair scrunches !

I have nothing bad to say about this company, I am a smaller girl so I do not have any issues with the sizes. Everything comes packaged beautifully with a scrunchie and other little bits, such a nice surprise every month.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a 40E and when I got it I could tell it wasn’t my size but I tried it on anyway. Wouldn’t go near me so I tried to double check the size to see they had cut the tag off so I couldn’t see the size or supplier which was suspicious. I contacted them for a refund and they were taking forever and ignoring me so I cancelled my subscription and still waiting for a refund months later very unprofessional. Also gave it to my friend who is an A, fits her perfect.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY

I purchased an order from this place on 29/08/24 after seeing them on tiktok. The website stated 2-3 day delivery and the underwear was fairly priced. A week later it hadn’t been dispatched so I contacted them and they said it would be dispatched the following day… lies! Another week had done by and it still had not shipped. After 3 weeks from when I ordered I threatened to cancel my order through my bank and then all of a sudden my order was shipped.

When the underwear did finally arrived it was awful. I had ordered two sets in a 32D. One was more like a 36A and the other was like a 30D. The items were poorly made with uneven sewing and fraying everywhere.

I requested a refund immediately after receiving the items and again it takes forever for someone to reply. I had to threaten to contact my bank again. It’s now 21/10/2024 (nearly 2 months after my order was placed) and I still haven’t received my refund
