Avoid Eliquid Base. I placed an order on April 7th and paid extra for next-day delivery. Twenty days later, the parcel still hasn't arrived. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer calls and ignore WhatsApp messages. When I finally got an email response, I was told to "be patient." This isn't a delay; it’s a total lack of professionalism. Disgraceful service.

Do not give this company your money, they only sent out half of my order. I have tried contacting the mobile number on the website countless times, sometimes it goes straight to answer phone and sometimes it rings but they never pick up. I have sent them numerous emails, but have had no response. Yet they still send emails and texts out with their latest deals, to which you cannot reply too. I paid for 10 vapes in total but only receive one pack of 5. Do not use them, basically kept half of my money. PLESE AVOID!!! IF i could give zero rating I would!

1 star is 100 too much for this site.£73 spent on site and they sent message it was despatched on the 13th april.now 24th april and still nothing.tony at customer care is a figment of their imagination.3 times sent order number and still nothing.as for getting to speak to them on phone,its easier to speak to the pope.eliquid base could be a good site but is run appallingly.they dont care about delivering goods just taking money.this is my 2nd time of having trouble with delivery but decided to give them a final chance after an apology.BADmistake.please stay clear of this site and read some reports on trustpilot .plenty of good vape sites on net.

If I could give a minus I would. Ordered on the 12th February 2026 and never received my order. I asked for a refund, got sent an email in March to say my order was cancelled and a refund on its way. That was a month a go and I have asked them by email and WhatsApp where my refund is and they just stopped responding. Save your money and order from somewhere else!
