I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!the order i placed ended up BEING A SHAMBLES!. the 1st 2 items had been wrongly priced by someone there,but when I spoke to "TONY", HIS ATTITUDE CHANGED TOWARDS ME, BECAUSE I SAID THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO THOSE VAPES AT THAT PRICE,but of course he didn't send them,sent something else that isn't close to how many vapes and puffs I should have been given!.. now I told him that it ordered everything that said " in stock", but when I spoke to him,he had hardly any of the items I wanted.IM STILL WAITING FOR AT LEAST 2 VAPES I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED DESPITE ME PAYING FOR THEMM1 VAPE IVE OPENED IS NOT STOPPING AFTER TAKING A PUFF ON IT,IT CARRIES ON GOING,I must admit that I was shocked at how I was treated despite me putting in a large order, and I mean LARGE order.im shocked at how I got spoken to,the fact that everything I wanted said " in stock" that was a total lie,when I placed my order,I had to email them 3-4 days later to see where it was, and "TONY" tried to give me all the flavours that others didn't want,and im talking MOST OF MY ORDER WAS NOT IN STOCK AT ALL!!!... If i had to give some advice,then PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!I made the ultimate mistake, and it was A BIG MISTAKE,by giving ELIQUIDBASE another chance.NOT ANYMORE, NO MORE OF MY MONEY,CERTAINLY NO MORE CHANCES AT ALL!... listen, keep your money and go to VAPE 360 or THE N01 PLUG..that's where I'm going from now on.i have had orders from both places, and its like NIGHT ABD DAY!! BOTH COMPANIES HAVE GOT AWESOME DEALS,and if I had of looked before placmy order,I most certainly have gone to ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES!.. IM STILL WAITING FOR 2 VAPES I HAVE PAID FOR AND NOT RECEIVED!.. so my fellow vapers,keep your money in your pocket and GO ELSEWHERE TO GRAB SOME AWESOME DEALS....VAPE 360 AND THE N01 PLUG ARE 2 VERY GOOD COMPANIES 👍

Shocking company took my money and not received order I placed on 30th March sent emails to ask where order is and got email from TONY saying order is confirmed weeks ago and still not received item and also not received refund or any more communication since TONY confirmed purchase stay away from this company basically took my money and blanked me shocking

A third of my order was missing when delivered and I have been waiting since the 17th March for the missing items from my order to be sent out.

I received a very unprofessional response to my initial email which stated that my complaint was under review and I have had no reply to subsequent emails.
The phone number given is not connected to a network and I have had no response on WhatsApp either.
This company are a bunch of scammers. Beware!

I ordered on 4th Feb never received was told numerous lies I contacted my hank raised dispute it took 45 days but I received full refund from bank they even ignored emails from my bank DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
