I joined in April and used a card the card that I used ended up damaged (the numbers where not visible) so in July I made a deposit from my other bank that was fine I won 11 thousand I verified the card I used to make that deposit no problem then I was asked to verify the damaged card I send a picture of the damaged card along with the transaction plus statement and a load of other stuff to verify it . They allowed me to withdraw £100, but after I deposited more money and tried to withdraw a bigger amount, they refused to pay my winnings. They cancelled my withdrawal and put the money back into my casino balance without giving me any explanation, asking for any reason, or properly informing me.
The live chat is completely unhelpful. They claim they are real people, but the responses feel like automated replies because they avoid answering simple questions and just keep saying someone will contact me by email.
I have uploaded all the documents needed to verify myself, including 4 proof of address documents, my ID, passport, and other verification documents. Despite this, they keep rejecting my documents without explaining what is wrong. They ignore my emails and do not provide a proper solution.
My experience is that they encourage you to deposit more and more money, but when you try to withdraw a larger amount, they create problems and refuse to pay.
I have still not received my winnings. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before depositing money.

Actually a really good customer service section for this website. All withdraws have arrived within a couple of days. There is a small amount missing from bank transfer but that’s due to it being overseas I believe. Overall a decent experience with smaller withdraws and it’s nice they offer 20 minimum withdraw rather than 100 like most.

Please, everybody do not use them. They will not pay you the right amount of what you've won. You win one amount and withdraw and they pay you a separate amount. They try to blame your bank and then the bank says it's not them. It's their side, they say it's them changing your currency, what by law, they're not allowed to change currency.
