Trying to close my account for days. Manager keeps stalling, now they even require me to id myself with a selfie and a written not w the current date on it to close my account. Absolute dog behaviour they should be punished for this.

Ik heb met een deposit bonus 3000 euro gewonnen en de wager rondgespeeld toen hebben ze van mijn balans 2000 eraf gehaald omdat de max win limiet x10 mijn bonus was. Daarna had ik nog maar 1000 over. Dat begrijp ik. En toen heb ik met die 1000 gespeeld en weer gewonnen tot 2000 euro en toen ik dat probeerde uit te betalen hebben ze weer 1000 eraf gehaald zonder dat ik een actieve bonus had!!!
Dit is echt een nep casino ze naaien je kei hard. Speel aub niet op dit casino!!!

Ik speel al een paar weken hadesbet casino. En het. Zijn boeven. Ik speelde met bonus geld en ik won 20000 euro het stond inderdaad bij bonus geld ik heb doorgespeeld. En keek later op mijn profiel en er stond ineens bij echt geld opneem baar 18000 plus dus bij echt geld ik ging opnemen en werd gecanceld. En opeens stond er nog maar 1500 bij echt geld. Gelukkig had ik een foto gemaakt man die 18000 plus in echt geld en heb hun geconfronteerd ermee en zeggen gewoon ja je moet niet denken als het bij echt geld staat dat het van jouw is komt door fondsen en zo zeggen ze ik blijf erover doorgaan maar werd afgewimpeld met blijft u in dit gesprek hangen ze zijn gek weet het niet maar 18000 is voor mij heel veel geld denk voor iedereen ik heb een foto dus bewijs dat het echt geld was wie kan mij helpen

My experience with HadesBet has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. After turning a £200 deposit into £30,000, my withdrawal was repeatedly stalled under the excuse of “verification,” despite the fact that I provided more than enough evidence to prove my identity.
Every support agent I spoke with in the in‑app chat told me that my documents “look fine,” yet every single withdrawal attempt was declined. Instead of processing my verification, they insisted on a very specific document: a statement for an Apple Pay deposit made from a credit card—something I clearly explained I could not access until 1st February.
It felt like they were deliberately delaying the process, fully aware that leaving the funds in my account increased the chance I’d end up gambling them. The entire situation caused a huge amount of stress and frustration, especially because the verification I *did* provide should have easily been enough.
