Brilliant customer service
Went above and beyond when Yodel let them down with losing my parcel. Stacey was excellent in keeping communication with myself and chasing up with Yodel. Could not fault the customer service at all and highly recommend using again.

Lovely little shop
A nice business, I've had multiple orders from them and they don't overcharge and allow for anyone to have a fair shot at getting ahold of products. A strong recommendation I've passed along to all my collector friends.

This was my second order with ETC, and just like the first, everything about the order was wonderful. From the customer service, to the efficiency and stress free process of managing to buy Pokémon; I just can't recommend these guys enough. Stacey has been absolutely incredible! I’ve been looking for specific TCG products and she’s been so communicative and open throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and easy. I really appreciate the care and attention she gives.
