SCAMMERS! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes worth over £100. Not worth £10! Wrong size too. Won't answer emails. Not a London company!!

SCAMMER COMPANY - ordered items and nothing received and no response to emails either. Have reported their Facebook page!!! AVOID

Never order from this website!! The clothes are from China!! I ordered two tops and never received them. Tried contacting them nothing no reply at all. Absolutely shocking!!!

I have not received my item and when I contacted the company received one reply in chinese asking me to review the item I had ordered .
I sent another email complaining that I had not received the item , I got a reply in Japenese .
This company is a scam .
Learning curve . Do not buy anything advertised on Facebook as chinese companies are scamming on it

Was Ella June Designs now LAWKI - I ordered a swimsuit in the wrong size and checked the returns policy that stated a order can be cancelled a full refund could be issued if cancelled within 72 hours with ‘any given reason’. I emailed to cancel my original order and then placed a second order with the correct size. I have had 1 email from them 6 weeks ago and nothing since. No refund for my original order and no delivery of my second. They have had over £75 out of me and I’ve got nothing from them. I have emailed them 10 times and seen no response. Will be putting in a complaint to trading standards tomorrow.

Contacted Ella June on instagram about getting an order for the following weekend as I had been let down by another dressmaker last minute. I ordered my jumpsuit on Tuesday night and it was delivered Thursday morning. The most beautiful fit item of clothing I have ever purchased and I got so many compliments on the night. Love love love it

DO NOT ORDER FROM ELLA JUNE DESIGNS - I paid for a dress which was never delivered. They ignored all emails and I am not the first person this happened to, I soon found out via social media that loads of other customers had the same experience. Had to report them to trading standards and contact my bank to request a refund! AVOID!!!!

I bought a dress off of this website a month in advance for my graduation ball. The dress failed to arrive and all of my email correspondence was entirely ignored. The dress never arrived and consequently, I had to escalate a PayPal complaint in which the supplier replied once and then continued to ignore me thereafter. Luckily I won the complaint and am receiving a full refund but I would not recommend this company to anyone.
