Dont even think about ordering from this company! I wish I had read the reveiws first. !The website gives the impression they are in London, both from the name EllajuneLondon, and from the swanky picture of a beautiful shop which looks like it is in the west end. They are in fact in Shenzhen in China. I ordered a blouse which was very poor quality and I have now returned it for a refund. I also ordered a 2 piece which gave the impression of linen and was beige on their website. It is really poor fabric and pure white. So as it is not what was advertised I should be able to have a full refund. They completely ignore my emails - all 11 of them. I wil refer them to Trading Standards now.

Wish I had read the reviews, saw the company on FB and against my better judgement placed an order. This was 23 days ago and according to the tracker it was shipped. One response to an email claiming that they were extremely busy, other emails have failed to send. Think they have blocked me. Will take it up with my bank on day 30. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'd give them zero if I could. Charged over £100 for shoes that aren't even leather as advertised! Coated cheap plastic. Wrong size too, and now won't answer emails. Their "hassle free" returns are anything but. Total scam of a company. I shall be emailing Trading Standards

Scammers. Never received my order, first email response in Chinese, subsequent emails ignored. Item shown on other sites. Not London, China! Avoid!! Don't waste your hard earned money on these people!!

I didn’t want to even give this company a one star,I never received my item E.mails I received over ridged my E.mail so you couldn’t barely read it,the same pictures are on several other websites I would never use again

I ordered 2 tops looked great in the ad. They’re made of the cheapest crap material, nothing like the picture. I paid £22 each Temu have the exact tops priced at £7.50 that’s about all they’re worth. I’d never buy from this company again. Very disappointed

Everything you have read below is true and mirrors my own experience. Items are of poor quality, variable in size (even if they are all marked the same size). The fabric is nothing like that shown in the advert. They are NOT an English company and goods come from China. Any attempt to return faulty or unsuitable items is make impossible by charges to ship back to China. These people are criminals and I would like them to be reported to the police. They are flouting the UK distance selling laws and don't care! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Have not received my order over 20+ days. Very disappointing

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered a medium sized dress . It arrived after 3 weeks and it is huge. Have contacted the company 4 times and heard nothing . About to raise a dispute with my credit card company .

This company are trading as a company in London they are a Chinese company and are absolutely appalling selling cheap shoddy goods which look nothing like the online adverts. They are not being transparent about where the returns have to be sent to ie China at your own expense.

Do not buy from this company Trading Standards need to be alerted about the despicable lies this so called company are scamming people with.

Items arrived, poor quality. When tried to return for refund. Returns communication is non-existent. After many emails, have left it in hands of bank. Also NOT LONDON BASED (MAYBE CHINA As delivery email was in Chinese) AVOID AVOID AVOID

Item took ages to arrive...and then when it did, material quality was nothing like the item photographed on website.
If I wish to return in (and why wouldn't I, it's terrible!), I have to send item to China. Which will cost me.

Lesson learned. Read reviews before buying stuff online. All reviews for this company are terrible.

Sadly the reviews below are absolutely true and I wish I had seen them before purchasing a top. The 'Easy Returns' claim is an absolute lie. I have been offered 15% of the cost and have not heard anything since. The item I received in the post is extremely poor quality and the sleeves are too long for anybody. Do not purchase anything from this company. This is not a London based company as they pretend - one of the messages I received was in Chinese.

Disgusted ! Do not order from these fake scamming people I never received my order. I sent quite a few emails asking where my order is and my reply was

That was a week ago. I’ve reported it to my bank and I got my money back thankfully.

Ellajunelondon does not even deserve one star. It is to be avoided at all costs. The clothes are severely substandard and bear no resemblance to the site photos. When you try and return an item you are offered meagre partial refund (15/25/50% max) to save the hassle, cost of international shipping as it turns out their only warehouse is in China and risk of no refund at all should the item get lost in transit - despite initial claim that returns are free if an item is defective.
The partial refund offered never materialised although it was meant to have been processed and more than 10 business days have elapsed.

Be very careful when ordering from this company , it isn't what it seems. My blouse took about 10 days to arrive, (should have known then) item was a very poor fit and material cheap. Requested a refund and postage address to be told that the sizes were on their website, suggested that I give the top to a relative or friend and they would refund 15%, or I could exchange for a further cost of £8 . This came from China. I certainly will be careful when ordering online in the future. This item will go to charity waste of money lost £29.99

This is not a London based company, the photo shown online doesn’t exist. The item I received was in fact made and shipped from the Far East. It was NOTHING like what I ordered, as shown on online photo, as in material, shape or size. I was expected to pay myself to return (to China) even although it clearly wasn’t what I ordered. In fact return wasn’t an option because of cost and reliability of item getting there at all so refund probably wouldn’t happen, or if it did it would take a very long time but not confident it would happen. After numerous emails and going through my bank I did get a refund eventually but advise a bit of research into company's that are selling online.
