Elliott Jarvis Cars Opiniões

This was my second time at Elliott Jarvis Cars Ltd. As predicted, they did not disappoint. They were very professional, helpful, patient and attentive from the offset. Will definitely use them again. I love my new car.

The whole transition from enquiring about my car to Test Driving, then purchasing the car was straightforward with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Would highly recommend using
Elliott Jarvis Cars Plymouth!

A really great experience buying a car from Elliott Jarvis. Matt was really, friendly and knowledgeable, and the car had a full service and MOT before purchase. It was a really nice touch to have a big red bow on the car and a bottle of fizz when we collected it.
I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Brilliant garage to deal with. The buying experience and handover of our new car was a real pleasure.

Hi we were very impressed with how we were dealt with. Very polite and helpful . Would buy from them again.

100% would recommend these guys!! The service was incredible matt and Steve really went above and beyond to get my car sorted so quickly for me 🌟 if you’re in the market for a car give these guys a shout!!

Thank you so much guys!!!🎉

5 star service all the way. The guys were really helpful and explained everything, they made the experience so easy. Would definitely recommend!

Steve and matt are both very genuine guys with a great knowledge of cars made all my worries disappear with buying a used vehicle and made the whole process easy and I left with a great peace of mind that they will allways look after there customers I will be highly recommending elliot jarvis cars

I had a lot bad experience with cars and no one is never been so helpful like Matt and Steve.
Great quality cars and amazing customer service.

Thank you

Service is excellent and very quick, specially Matt is very helpful.

Quality and service are most definitely top priority bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, would most definitely recommend and certainly would use again

Excellent service. Very friendly guys. Made the whole experience so easy for me, explained everything and put me at ease! Highly recommend!!

No pressure selling, nice people to talk and happy to help with anything you need

We purchased this lovely car Spring 2023 from Elliott Jarvis cars and another a couple of months later. Sadly the nissan had its whole wing mirror taken off by a lorry coming off the IOW Ferry. We asked Matt for help and he and Steve arranged for us to get a new one fitted by their guy. They even let me have a courtesy car for the.morning. These guys are simply the best! Helpful trustworthy and friendly. We would not buy anywhere else.

Being a bit of a petrol head I’m now on my 36th car of many different types..new and used, suvs and sports cars and family cars, some private but mostly from dealers…and these guys are up there with the best of them. No hard sell but very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they sell and honest with the description of the cars on their website. I requested a few after market bits to be done at a cost to me obviously ( I.e infotainment unit, alloy protectors etc ) which they were more than happy to do and did a very professional job
Would definitely buy another car from this dealer

Matt and Steve were absolutely great! Very pleased with the friendly and informative service we received. We are very pleased with our lovely new car, we would highly recommend Elliott Jarvis cars

Brought a car from Matt over the weekend and not a bad thing to say. Lovely guy, really genuine and clearly had your best interest in mind. Everything was done really quickly and he kept me up to date consistently. The car looked brand new and also drives like it. Also got a bottle of Prosecco with it which was a nice touch!

If I could give a 10⭐️ review I would.
Steve was incredibly helpful to me when I returned a faulty car to another garage (nothing to do with elliotjarvis). Steve was so knowledgeable and kind he gave me advice and let me borrow their courtesy car to tide me over through a very difficult time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car to approach this business. If you are looking for a genuine trustworthy dealership they are the ones to approach.
I can not thank them enough 😊⭐️⭐️

💯% 5 star ratings, other garages would learn alot from Steve and Matt, wish I came here before when looking for a car, no pressure to take test drive, talk over problems you feel could happen, best bit cars ready to drive literally straight away, free coffee/tea, never any pressure at anytime, I couldn’t get finance via by bank but Matt using their contacts got me sorted straight away, opened on Sunday for me to collect due to my working hours (hopes Steve’s daughter won the football match he had to go to after), definitely will come back

Lovely gentleman, would happily recommend and use again and again, if only other car sales were like this !
