I have completed several courses over the years with Elmhurst Energy and the delivery, quality, support and content of every course is second to none!

Very happy with training overall, will definitely be using again in the future

Most recent training courses have been the air tightness and background ventilation course to which the instructor was absolutely excellent, the other is the heat loss assessor course which is very helpful when in comes to conducting heat loss calculations

Having just completed the level 3 Domestic assessor course i found it challenging but also very engaging and enjoyable. The colleagues at Elmhurst, particularly the Assessors were excellent in supporting, guiding and explaining the process, especially around the APP and how it works. I can thoroughly recommend this course.

The course tutors were very helpful and the learning software was easy to navigate and use. Feedback from assessors was clear and constructive and helped develop my understadning.

Excellent CPD training from Elmhurst Energy. The on-demand courses were very clear and easy to follow, which made it convenient to complete alongside my work as a SAP and EPC energy assessor. The videos explained the topics well and the quizzes reinforced the learning. Elmhurst continue to provide great support and resources for assessors in the industry. Highly recommended.

Had a very interesting and informative weeks training. It was a lot to take in and learn however the instructor Malcolm was very knowledgeable and also very patient which was probably needed as I'm sure we weren't the easiest group to train! All in all a great training course provided by Elmhurst I feel almost ready to go..

The online DEA course was streamline from the booking to the completion of the course, the trainer was extremely helpful to the candidates that were on the course. The Assessor was very thorough and gave excellent feedback and offered assistance if required. I can't fault the course, delivery and assessment, I have booked other courses and recommended to colleague's

EPC refresher training with Malcolm, really good session covering all basis, good to keep abreast of changes in the industry and Malcolm delivers it really well going over and above to demonstrate areas of particular interest.

I have just finished the ABBE Domestic energy assessor course in the classroom. We had Brad as our trainer which made all the difference. The course requires a lot of reading and absorption of course material but Brad made it fun and engaging for us all, always ready to help anyone with any questions or IT difficulties. A highly knowledgeable professional which included his own experience and examples to expand on any areas necessary. The other staff at elmhurst were also lovely, thank you to the reception team which made us feel welcome each morning, provided lunch and gave us a warm goodbye at the end of the day

I have just completed my DEA course. Bradley who was our tutor was excellent and patient with a new starter and took time to explain the subject material. Bradley was very encouraging and offering lots of good advice. Ajay was also very prompt with his emails which is exactly what you need in the course as there is a lot of material to cover. I recently completed my Level 3 DEA qualification for EPC assessments and Brad was a brilliant teacher for the course. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and understanding with all matters raised. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to gain this qualification with Elmhurst. Brilliant guy and easy to learn from!

Excellent presentation covering a complex new assessment procedure, and providing comprehensive background and technical aspects.

The course was really interesting and delivered to help us understand the background on HEM and its impact on assessment. The speaker was well informed and facilitated some really good discussion amongst the group

I recently completed my EPC course with Elmhurst Energy EPC Training and couldn’t fault the experience. The course was well organised, informative, and easy to follow from start to finish.

The trainer, Bradley Ray, was excellent — very knowledgeable, approachable, and clear in his explanations. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everyone understood the content, which really helped build confidence.

Overall, a great training experience. I’d highly recommend Elmhurst Energy EPC Training, especially if you have the chance to be trained by Bradley Ray.

Thanks for providing the 'Understanding damp and mould and condensation' course it offered great insight, especially at a time when there’s increasing focus on this area within the retrofit industry. It’s so important to keep knowledge up to date, and this course made that easy. Clear to follow, simple to enrol, and full of useful information for a solid basic overview. I’ll definitely consider taking more courses with Elmhurst in the future.

When you will become a Domestic Energy Assessor, it's not the end. You can increase your knowledge by CPD.

Having just joined Elmhurst I started liking through there CPD and further training! There course list is fantastic and the e-learning training is engaging and provides you with certifications to take on more work. The programmes are simple to operate and understand and any questions can be directed to there tech dept. With no issues. I’d highly recommend Elmhurst to anyone for training and lodgement.
