$14 shipping fees yet my order hasn't arrived & it's been a MONTH! I BELIEVE THEY'RE FROM CHINA & LYING ABOUT BEING IN AMERICA. SICK OF THESE FAKE COMPANIES. THEY MUST BE INVESTIGATED & THEIR LYING ADS REMOVED FROM FACEBOOK & ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. My order was totaled $49 for an advertised AMERICAN MADE COTTON BLOUSE! LIARS.

I purchased a dress and the wrong dress came. I’ve been dealing with a “customer service” email address and they will only offer S14 off a $48 dress. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG DRESS and won’t fix it.
Never will I purchase from them again.

Ordered a dress. It arrived and was of poor quality. I requested ot return it and they only accept damaged items despite their site stating you can return items with quality issues. They will not provide an address for the return of the dress nor offer me any refund or credit since the dress didn't arrive damaged.

We ordered 2 sweaters from them and they didn't fit. Notified them we wanted our money back and they offered 16.00 on a 103.00 order. they said we had to send them back overseas so we did, then they said that they couldn't give a credit to our old credit card that we had to replace because of being hacked. Sent them the information and we got an email saying they couldn't issue the credit to the new credit card even though it had the same address and name and that it was too late. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2/3/25 and have yet to receive any notice items have shipped. When questioned, they informed me it would take approximately ten days to get my two items ready for shipping and then shipping would take approximately another ten-fourteen days. Had I known that I never would have ordered from them.

I love the sweater I purchased. It’s super cute and exactly what I ordered! However, shipping/receiving times were very unacceptable. It took forever to get it.

Took two months to arrive. Two pieces were very nice, one was cheaply made (had a very thin fur accent when in the pictures, it was bigger) but I loved the colors and the fit. Good value for the money and I would recommend.

The quality of the product...it's so very pretty...true to size.
