I’m not one for writing horrendous reviews or falling for scam products usually but wow. Bought this after seeing all the promising marketing. Took forever to arrive and even though it’s marketed as from the UK it comes from China in a plain box with no branding on the box or product, so instantly I thought oh no. It’s a cheap mass produced shaver that does none of the things it is advertised to do. The “trimmer” has no power and just rips the hairs. And the rotary end for the closer shave is plastic and does absolutely nothing. Do not be fooled by the marketing and fake reviews. That’s not the product you will receive and when I’ve complained they’ve sent me a how to shave guide….. honestly couldn’t make it up. I’ll be getting my money back from my bank but Jesus.

Poor quality product. Does not cut hair and unable to return. Avoid!

This device is not working properly has a plastic attachment which supposed to protect from skin damage and is not cutting the hair.
If you want to return it you are practically forced to accept 50% discount otherwise pay shipping to China 25$ more that the value of the product item is sold as is from UK but coming from China
They need to get better

I've been using this shaver since last summer and unfortunately it broke last month so i've decided to contact customer support. The support I received was amazing. I didnt expect this geneity from them. They just sent me a new shaver immediately with no hassle.

I started using this trimmer last summer and it has really served me well. I had no bumps or ingrowns during bikini season. Great product, packaging and support!

I was really skeptical if it would give as close of a shave as a normal razor, but it really does work.

I love this brand! This is the second time i ordered from them and i must say that their products are amazing. I love the IntimateGlide Pro and the other skin care products they have.

Seen it all over my instagram and usually I don't trust ads like that but I'm glad I fell for the hype!

Unfortunately, my parcel was stolen here in London but the support was fabuloul. It was so hassle free and they just sent me a replacement with no questions asked. I never had such a good experience with customer support. Plus the trimmer is actually a very good product and gives you a very close shave without the usual irritation afterwards. I'm now in the process of getting all of my friends hooked on it haha

The parcel took a little to arrive but the customer support was really excellent and helped through some difficulties with Evri. I rarely had such a good experience with support from a smaller brand.

Ok so I wasn't getting great results at first and nearly gave up on it. Then I actually read the guide they sent you and realised I was doing it completely wrong. Once I used the trimmer side first and then the circular head it clicked. Wish someone had just told me from the start lol.

Was not expecting to love this as much as I do. The 2-in-1 thing actually makes a difference. I noticed it after the first use. My whole shaving routine feels less like a chore now.

doesn’t work, and you have to run it over the same area for minimal effect. Left me with bad razor burns.

Honestly was so close to not buying this because of some of the reviews I saw but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. Haven't had razor burn in weeks. My skin actually feels normal after shaving now which hasn't happened in years.

Scam! Can't believe I fell for it I'm usually quite savvy on these sorts of things. Latest marketing email subject line 'thousands of 5 star reviews can't be wrong' shows they are blatant liars. It's such a rubbish cheap plastic pile of poo. DO NOT BUY THIS LOW QUALITY PRODUCT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

The website looks smart and draws you in. I was desperate, looking for something to help my daughter as she’s dark and curly haired and finds shaving a pain. I saw this and thought, GREAT! It is on SHEIN, Temu etc for a fraction of the price. The exact same shaver. They don’t have their own brand. They send a generic, cheap product. The money they must be making is crazy. I’ve not opened it and will be returning it ASAP. I just wish I’d looked on here first. Don’t make my mistake.

It gave me razor burn and red patches it hurts a lot after trimming :(

Bought the dual head shaver, as seen on Instagram and tiktok. It doesn't have the company name on the box, it's a generic one sold for cheaper on many websites. The trimmer side is ok, but the circular side for a closer silky smooth finish is terrible. It cut me up with little knocks all over my skin. I wouldn't recommend this product, definitely don't pay £30 for it when you can get the same one for a tenner on other websites. Disappointed.

Website is a scam! I ordered a razor and there was lots of free gifts at checkout but when the confirmation came through I had paid doubling my spend for them even though it says they were free!

Just a caution - if you search "dual head shaver", you will see the exact shaver sold from different 'brands'. Hope this helps inform your decision to buy!
