I ordered a dress from Elvenforest that looked lovely from the pictures but received the most awful, cheap junk instead. When I contacted them to return the product and request a refund, they refused. I have reported them to my credit card company and to the better business bureau.;

Absolute scam, clothes nothing like the images. Clothes are cheaper than an actual flee market in Asia. Avoid at all cost and save your money.

After waiting weeks for my package to arrive, with blanket email that repeat the prior email was very frustrating. When my package did arrive it was nothing was what was promised. Linen clothes weren't linen. It's real fake lousy flimsy cheap polyester with silk screen print for flowers. I'm telling the world about this sham and shoddy workmanship, customer service was horrific. Never again!

They're real scammers, using fake photos. I received products that didn't match the description and were unusable. I emailed them, but received no response for two weeks, so I followed up. They offered a 20% refund. I insisted I wanted to return the items and receive a full refund. They replied with a 35% refund and that I could keep the items.
I continued to request a refund and return the items. They finally gave me an address in China and told me to return them myself at my own expense. I pointed out that their website states they provide a return label. They refused to provide a return label and therefore wouldn't refund me if I didn't send the items back.
A total scam. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them!

I wish I would have done some research on this company before falling for it and making a purchase. Like others here, the shirt I got was NOTHING like what was presented on Instagram. Instead I got a horribly awful piece of cheap fabric the size of a muu-muu from China. They have been unresponsive to my requests for a refund. Can't believe it.
Stay away!!!

This company is completely fraudulent,
I bought a embroidered linen shirt for my wife’s birthday and paid A$55.00 this was advertised and shown on their site clearly and what turned up was a rip off fake printed flower t shirt on something like cheap polyester material.
I emailed this company so many times only to be given the runaround firstly saying I would be contacted in 3 business days from there returns department, after 5 days emailed again and got the same email response and runaround at this stage I then understood this to be a scam we’re they have no intention of you returning or refunding anything at all.
It’s set up to defraud people from the start, they have ripped off a USA designs company from the west coast.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ANX CHECK ALL REVIEWS.

No invoice was sent no return address, only an email which is designed to be frustrating so you give up on any communication.

AVOID AT ALL COST !!

I'd rate lower than that but 1 star is the lowest. Not embroidery. Cheap polyester fabric. Yep, I got took. Don't buy from this company. Should have known better.

I should have researched before placing my order and paying. WHAT A SCAM! Their website is definitely false advertising. What i received was extremely shoddy, cheaply made, NOTHING like what i thought I was ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM Eleven Forest and im fighting to get a full refund.

The blouse received was NOTHING like the blouse in the picture of what I ordered. The picture had intricate embroidery and was supposedly all natural materials, etc. and the blouse I received was synthetic, and PRINTED on NOT embroidery AT ALL. Of course, there is no place on the actual website to register a complaint or even give a review.

Let the BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a beautiful KNITTED Islandic Hooded Sweater for a Christmas gift. What I received was a PRINTED pattern hooded sweatshirt. This was the exact opposite of the actual knitted garment in their website picture. Totally a false advertising scam. They offered me a discount to keep it! NOT. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping it back! NOT. They finally agreed to refund my payment. Unfortunately, it's into the 3rd week since they said I would see it in 5 to 7 business days. I've resigned myself to the fact that I will not be getting a refund. Unbelievable that companies can deceive the customer base like this and get away with it.
It's now April 2026, 26 messages later they just blew it off.

This is a big scam!!! The products look like out of a 3D printer. Not even close to the pictures in their ads.

Never received the item I ordered, over two months ago now, and e-mailed them twice with no response. Do not buy from them. Yes, I am referring to "Elven Forest".

I will have to get a refund from my credit card company.

These people are scamming you!!! No item ever arrived. Email run around to delay doing anything about it and now they simply don't respond to any inquiries about my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I ordered a beautiful blouse what I received was absolute garbage this company is a fraudulent company buying cheap crap from china then selling it on. Please do not buy from them I am going to report them and I want my £39,90 back I could attach the photos and it would explain the garbage these con artists are selling despicable should be arrested.

Every item that arrived was cheap, nasty material, Nothing was as described, I wish I had seen thee reviews, do not touch this company with a barge pole, they are basically criminals who are operating a scam.

I made the wrong review and posted it under this company. I did not buy from this company but instead ELEVENFOREST. This is NOT the company and for that I apologize for the erroneous review

This is the biggest rip off!!! After over a month waiting the top just got here and it’s nothing like I ordered! I want a full refund!!! I’m calling my credit card company to get it removed!!!

Don't trust what you see on pictures. I don't know where did they take them but it's definitely NOT what they're selling. It's a scam!
