Erica was so helpful and knowledgeable; the best customer service I’ve experienced for many years. I needed to replace all external lights and she helped me find excellent choices. After they were fitted I couldn’t operate one light (no switch!), Erica saved the day, she came up with the perfect solution, a kinetic switch. It works perfectly. Also had 2 hall lights from John Lewis not working - faulty transformers, Erica went the extra mile and sourced replacement transformers.
The showroom is well stocked and attractive. Parking is easy.
I would not go anywhere else for lighting solutions.

Great advice from Martin at Cardiff. Kept informed of delivery times. When I changed my mind on one of the coloured glass shades the Neath store helped me out straight away too. Bought 3 breakfast bar pendants and a trio of lights over the dining table.

Wonderful advice and fabulous customer service. They even rang me to see if I needed bulbs as I had not ordered enough and they knew I needed the lights to be here for the morning inorder for the builder to fit them. The fittings we bought are beautiful and the the price is very competitive. Great experience.

I absolutely love my chandelier. I purchased online with EMA as they didn't have one in the nearest store. I have purchased lights from EMA in the past and always had good quality lights from EMA. My purchase online was quick and chose the light I wanted. It came within 3 days of ordering and the gentleman took great care with delivery right to my door. My address is hard to find but they called first and was able to give them directions. It was handled with care. I absolutely 💯 love my new chandelier. Thank you EMA.

Easy to deal with delivered on time great service.

I was really disappointed to find that the light I wanted was no longer available. I contacted EMA to see if it was likely to come back into stock, which it was. Erica from EMA kept intouch to keep me informed of the expected date the light would be back in stock. When it was available, I purchased it on line and a few days later collected it from the shop. I'd shopped around for sometime before
deciding that the light from EMA was the one I really wanted, so I was happy to wait for it to come back into stock.

EMA lighting were amazing from start to finish... No hard sales techniques, no following you round the store but totally available and hugely knowledgable. We needed some time to consider options but placed the order online. I forgot to order bulbs so I put in a second order for just the bulbs... which incurred a delivery charge which was annoying but totally my fault... EMA contacted me and said that they saw my mistake and refunded me the delivery cost and put it all in one delivery... THAT my friends is service you just can't buy! Next room we refurb - We'll go back to EMA for sure!

Great product, competitive prices and quick delivery

Ordered lampshade online. Was subsequently advised that it was out of stock, but was immediately informed that they would refund if I wasn’t prepared to wait until stock became available. Kept fully advised of proposed delivery date and the item duly arrived on time. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, pity more companies aren’t as good at communicating.
