Ordered on March 1st, and it arived around March 21st, which felt like a loooong wait, especially since I needed the product asap. Really not sure if the item even came from withi Australia, as the tracking didn’t provide much information!!@@@ just said "in transit" the whole time with no details on where it actually was or wjaysoever. To emaga, you might want to consider improving your courier service or switching to a faster one!!!. ROFL

so i made a purchase from this website on February 21st and reached out to ask when I could expect my order. They told me the delivery date was March 12 due to a "slight delay" with their courier. I couldn’t believe it,, like???? three weeks for a delivery within Australia?! Anyway, it arrived on march 3, and i managed to dye my hair, though it turned out more pink than red! *roll eyes* HAHAHA

Ordered from this website ages ago! took way longer than I expected. I asked them if it came from Australia and they said it did, but I'm starting to think it came all the way from China!!! Would've been great if the shipping was quicker. The product's decent now that it's here, but the wait was super frustrating. Delivery timing could definitely be improved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Investing in self-care is always a good idea, so I got a gel nail polish kit from this site, and I’m loving it! ♡ The kit has most of the tools I need for at-home nails, though I couldn’t find the nail separator and clipper (luckily, I have my own). The polish colors are gorgeous and suit my skin tone perfectly! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶). Just a heads-up, their response time is a bit slow—I requested a refund for the missing items but haven’t heard back yet (bought this a month ago). Overall, I’m happy with the products, just hoping for better communication in the future.

Bought 10 packs of loose leaf tea. Postage was $3.99. Order went through. Then they contacted me to inform me that their courier couldn’t deliver the package to my address and they needed an additional $10.23 to ensure delivery. They said 3-5 business days. That was on 17 January. It arrived 6 February. Ridiculous. Turns out wasn’t despatched until a week after ordering. When it did eventually arrive, it was delivered in an Amazon box with Amazon receipt. It was also delivered by Australian Post, so the courier story is a blatant lie. I contacted Amazon as I have an Amazon account, and customer service told me that the Order ID number didn’t match my account! They have obviously used someone else’s account! Amazon informed me they would investigate. When the package finally arrived, there were only 6 packs instead of 10. Now when they packaged it up for despatch, they would have known that they were 4 short but didn’t hear a word from them. Had to open the package to discover that. They are a scam. Do not under any circumstance buy from this company. I am disputing transactions through my bank and reporting them to the ACCC. Total scam. Stay away.

Recently ordered the Large Squishy Monkey Gorilla Toy from Emega, and I’m stoked!!!!!!! Shipping was fast, and it arrived perfectly packaged. The toy is super squishy and great quality. perfect for kids or adults to relieve stress. Communication from Emega was spot on, with updates all the way through. Very happy with the experience, and Id definitely recommend Emega for a fun and unique gift!!!!!

Bought some replacement brush heads for my Philips Sonicare. They're a bit pricey no matter where you get them, but I’ll give credit to the seller for having the best price I could find. The shipping though, was a bit slow. When I tracked it, the only update I saw was "parcel forwarded," and no other updates until it actually turned up. I'd reckon looking into a different courier for better tracking and faster delivery.

There is no address on this business l wanted to pick up product when l saw PO box Enfield it’s near my place. They said no pickup. Doesn’t seem like a decent company. Than l read scam reviews, it makes sense to have no address no phone number only info email.

Bought 4 kids cameras from eMega as a marketplace seller on another site. 4 incorrect items were delivered in an Amazon package, then on contacting eMega I was asked to return the incorrect items for a refund. So let me get this right…. Not only did I not get the item I ordered, I now have my money held ransom until I return their mistake to the post office. No mention of delivering the items that I’d actually ordered.
You guessed it…. Returned the parcel and NO REFUND. Plenty of replies and apologies from eMega, but no refund.
FRAUD FRAUD SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY

I have not received a tracking number for order #544163. Paid and no goods arrived, no response to contact. No phone number, every thing you read is true. Should be drummed out of Australia.
