There’s something truly exceptional…
There’s something truly exceptional about a company that’s willing to stand behind their product. Even when it’s not the right fit. Emery is a great tool. I just couldn’t break out of my need to sync with other tools. Simplicity and focus are Emery’s best use.
Either way, the customer service was kind, quick and exactly what customer service should be. Thank you for doing it right.

Thank you for this one. Leaving a review this generous for a tool that didn't end up fitting your workflow says as much about you as it does about us. Simplicity and focus is the bet we made, and it won't suit every setup. That's okay. If yours ever gets simpler, you know where we are.

Easy, simple to do app with two ways gcal sync
Easy to use app, has a lifetime plan, smooth web experience with iOS and Android app available for download. Awesome thing is : it does two ways sync with gcal. Syncs flawlessly. Simple offering that will fit 80% of the market needs but apparently I need something else that can accommodate more complex needs. Overall great experience and Den did read my mail and replied immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. The two-way Google Calendar sync took real work to get right, so hearing it runs flawlessly made my day.
You read us correctly: Emery is deliberately simple. We'd rather nail the daily plan than stretch into complex territory and do both halfway. If your needs ever swing back to a clean page every morning, the door's open.

Excellent Customer Support
Excellent customer support. I requested a refund after their software was found not to work for my workflow. Not their problem, but it only took on simple email to ask for the refund and it was given the next day.
If I ever want to come back and try their product again, I certainly will since this is a company I can trust.
