Emily’s Jewels is the biggest scammer and should be stopped doing business. They sell you garbage that she claims she personally made then you see the items on other websites for a small fraction her selling price. When you try to return it she offers you 5% refund although you make it clear you do not want it. She designs it that way. A thief she is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF!

Absolutely conned out of £45 for two “silver” items which were drastically reduced due to a closing down sale- CON!! I received both items today- NOT 925 Sterling Silver, NOR freshwater pearls as advertised.
If I wish to return the product, I am liable for postage costs to Hong Kong!!
DO NOT BE CONNED BY THIS FIRM, NOTHING IS WHAT IT IS CLAIMED TO BE!!

Emily's Jewels truly knows how to capture everyone's heart. I ordered a ring for my sister, and she really loves how the design matches her personality and complements the quality of the ring I got. At first, I was afraid she might not like it, but I'm really thankful she did. Thanks to all the details included on the website, it became easier for me to choose, and luckily, the product already came before her birthday, so everything went well on my part.

Company is misleading- advertised as retirement sale and giving impression it is in the USA. Actually in CHINA. Does not comply with own stated guarantee statements. Product of INFERIOR AND unacceptable quality!
I received one of multiple items ordered (my stupidity) and it was defective and unusable as broken on arrival. asked for refund. Refund offer of 10% then 20% and 'last offer 30% OR return shipment to CHINA at my expense. total cost of this product was $23.00. in 2 days ad face was changed to another front facing ad on social media with same sob story and products removing the original . Now ellas-boutique.com with large banner final farewell sale, a bittersweet goodbye...

My first time buying from this company. My order has arrived and I can truly say how disappointed I am. I spent over £50. Everything looks cheap and nasty. Never again. Please don't waste your money. I am so angry. Send me the money back.

Scam - the site was on Facebook advertising beautiful silver and gold jewellery at reduced prices but what I received was cheap ring not the size I ordered and an awful tacky necklace that cost 27.99 but worth .50p at the most

I wished l had seen these reviews before l wasted £25, l thought l was buying a lovely bracelet for my mum for mothers day, how wrong was l, I wouldn't even show her what a load of crap it is. They have answered every email l sent, offering me free items but l have to pay p/p which would be a round £3-5 pounds, lve told them lwont spend another penny. This morning they have offered me 20% partial refund, and if l send the bracelet back I will get a full refund in 30 days. I would rather throw it than waste more money on these scammers. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM DO NOT BUY!! You’ll be wasting your hard earned money! These are fake sellers from China sending cheap shockingly poor quality items! They refuse to give money back and ignore emails! You’ll find better in a Christmas cracker!! I have reported to trading standards! (Shame on Facebook for allowing fake adverts!)

WHAT A SCAM!!! Please save yourself money and do not buy anything from this site. Extremely poor quality jewelry, and to top it all off, you can buy the same cheap pieces on TEMU. I contacted the email customer service and they would not even offer a refund after taking forever to reply.
Please do not fall for the sweet story as the package originated from China. Just paid over $50 for something that ended up in the trash…

This is a complete scam. Who on earth is the woman “Emily” in the photo and does she know her picture is being used to con people?

Absolute crap jewellery ! I was so looking forward to receiving my parcel as the website pictures were so attractive. It's cheap and nasty and I wouldn't even resell it on Vinted for £1! I have a demanded a refund - let's see what happens.

I have also been scammed, I’m currently in shock and disgusted with myself for falling for this. I hope people see this before these crooks get any more money off decent people. I haven’t received my items yet but I have just tracked the order and it is being shipped from China so I have just done deeper checks and have found all these misfortune people. I did checks the other day and found positive 4.8 reviews, so I’m not sure how they appeared???? You live and learn I suppose, I will chat with my bank tomorrow but I don’t think there is much hope.

I had an email this morning saying they don't hallmark their jewellery as it is all hand made & this would detract from it's unique handmade quality!! Have contacted my bank and reported the 'company' and will hopefully get a refund.

Awful cheap tat and impossible to get a full refund. It’s daylight robbery and they should have their website shut down for using fake photos etc
