I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. They are trading under false names and send you the cheapest and jewellery and label it as handmade. Please don’t buy anything from them. They are scammers.

Absolute scam. Advertised as handmade pieces of 925 sterling silver and gold plate, reduced in price as closure of business. In fact it's poorly made rubbish from China. Do not waste your money. I’m allergic to anything other than pure so false description. When I contacted them they sent lots of apologies and chances to obtain up to 50% refund but made it nigh on impossible to obtain a full refund, gutted I didn’t see it coming AVOID at all COSTS SCAM

What a load of c*@p!!!!!! Same as everyone else reviewing! First shipment lost , then resent. Arrived today. Absolutely shameful! Outright scam!!!! Avoid avoid. Nothing but a bunch of cheap costume jewellery certainly not handcrafted by any Emily..... Cardboard and plastic packet cheap packaging saying design by Korea!!!!! What a misleading load of trash!!! Classic case of "Too good to be true" playing on the heartstrings of a local jeweler closing down! My only hope is more people read this before buying!

Should be a zero option. I am furious having just received this absolute tat that I spent £80 on that is worth less than £10 on SHEIN (somewhere I would never purchase from). I am very angry with myself for not checking reviews first but trusted a well liked Instagram account that shared it, under the belief that it was a local shop that was closing down.

Oh my god I have just received the tat that I paid £48 for and it’s stainless steel not silver. There is no return label and when I tried to get details for returns it said this store is no longer available. This should be reported to trading standards and the on line phishing services as such a risk to purchasers on line

Same thing as everyone else. Scammers. I asked Afterpay to step in, well they were no help. They acted as if I was inquriing about a package that was not delivered so they sent the proof to afterpay and afterpay took their side when I specifically stated that it was fraud and not real and the website was a scam. A letter from my attorney did no good as well. Very very bad scam they have going on.

The length of time this took to arrive, you’d have thought the silver was being mined by magical fairies in another galaxy.
The pieces of so called jewellery are crudely glued enamel components (not stones) on very bad quality steel or worse. There’s no sign of silver (which, to be fair, is fairly inexpensive in jewellery). So this pile of filth was expensive, came in plastic bags with a cloth that wouldn’t even clean my reading glasses (scratchy is not enough, sanding paper is more akin to this), wrapped in a pile of shapeless bubble wrap. Do not fall for this, it’s a total scam telling people this poor creative lady is retiring and therefore she’s selling all her stock. It’s a lie. These items are poor quality tat from china. Be warned.

Scam, avoid to buy from this website by all means.

Also Scammed like everyone else on here, I’m so angry that people can just lie and get away with it, utter rubbish, plastic, glass costume accessories, I can’t call it jewellery because it’s real destination should be a Christmas cracker, utter rubbish!

My ring stating it is sterling silver is false advertising. No hallmark. Very annoyed at poor workman ship. Gold plate on sterling silver I think not.

As all of the other people reviewing this shameful website I too have been ripped off!! Recieved an order I placed on Jan 3rd today, Feb 22nd!!!!
Complete tat!! No where near what they represented on their site. I have requested a refund. Will see what happens. This may be worth an email to watchdog if no refund transpires !!

Fake scam website - jewellery comes from china , if it arrives at all. You do not get what you are paying for its NOT hand made in the UK.- its under a shell firm ryanwcommerce atgmail dotcom. shameful.

Scam, avoid, cheap rubbish from China

Very disappointed, once bitten- never again! Jewellery not as displayed, set of 4 rings, in two of 4 rings some of the stones dropped out and all mis match colours of gold! I complained and asked for refund, they replied saying over a month so nothing they could do! I explained you expect jewellery to be for at least a generation not just 6 weeks! No more response! They need to be taken down or be reasonable and act on complaints about their products!
Not a happy customer would give no stars if possible

Still not received my order and it now looks like the website has gone. Total scam.

This is a scam. They are shipping junk from China I'm having to raise a dispute with tha bank.
