Hi Karen,
I just got your review. We do have stock of our make up bag and your order should have been delivered by today. Your order was a pre order, we allow people to make pre-orders because when you take off your most popular items when you have offers on, people get very upset.
Thank you for your review
Emma

Ordered a second item and there was a problem with the stock ... Emma Lomax couldn’t have been more apologetic and offered an alternative in addition to an item for the inconvenience. A really lovely gesture of personal that never seems to happen anymore
