return policy is scam

Resposta da Verdivine
Hi KT,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. As explained by email, our return policy states that all return requests must be initiated by the customer within 14 days of the delivery date. This order is already outside that return window.
In addition, our policy also states that gift cards, sale items, and gift wrapped items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
We understand this may be disappointing, but we must apply the same return policy consistently to all customers. Our customer service team remains available if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Verdivine Customer Service

Five stars
Five stars! These were gifts I ordered for friends, they were so thrilled. The packaging was lovely and I thought the polishing cloth was such a nice touch.
My order arrived a lot faster than I expected too! Many thanks.

Beautiful locket and it was wrapped nicely. Most importantly, Verdivine was very attentive and responsive to my concerns and questions. They answered both of my emails promptly (considering the time difference). I recommend them for anything you want to purchase from them. They treat one as a valued customer, a lost art in this time and day.

took a bit longer than expected...
The lotus ring is a gorgeous statement piece. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that shipping took a bit longer than expected. That said, the quality made it worth the wait. I’ll definitely shop here again.
