Warranty Issue, Battery Display

The bike had an issue with the battery display and not showing how much battery life was left accurately. Another module was sent out but there was no where to have it installed or looked at for free even with it being purchased within a few weeks time frame because it was purchased online and shipped to us. If it had been purchased from a supplier in our city then it would have been covered for free.
If it falls under warranty, possibly have an agreement with suppliers where buyers can have it looked at and not have to pay.

I bought an urban T2 and ordered the…

I bought an urban T2 and ordered the best battery 48V/50ah last May 2025.
There was a problem with the battery so I called Emmo and a repair person came over to my house. It was then that I discovered the battery that Emmo had given me was only a 48V/30ah. There was a $700 difference between the battery I was given and the battery I ordered and paid for. To sum it up Emmo ripped me off and gave me an inferior battery. Likely the repair person had brought the battery I ordered so it turned out OK. I wrote to Emmo explaining what they did and they never wrote me back. I really enjoy the urban T2 but I think the company Emmo sucks!! The date of this experience is approximate.

Best purchase for the year 2025

My bike came exactly at the stated time frame, well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. All I can say is I really enjoy riding this baby Ninja.

More rugged than you think!

The VGO is an excellent bike for me

The VGO is an excellent bike for me. I've been riding it for 5 days now and there's still little tweaks I'm finding out. I love the peddle to assist because l excersize as well. Bike is perfect.

The monta ebike has a long range…

The monta ebike has a long range battwry of 160 km. I just got mine today and I'm excited to start working with it. I recommend emmo for people looking for ebikes.

The company supplied the e bike in time…

The company supplied the e bike in time as per schedule The e bike is very helpful for the seniors like me to be independent.Till to day the ebike has not given me any problem to me and hope it will perform well in future also.But battery of this e bike cover only 45kms per full charge and charging time is approximately 8 hours.

These bikes are a good and solid build

These bikes are a good and solid build. we have F-7 which are also collapsible. The battery is under the seat which makes it less tippy. we are very happy with them.

Great bike, not the best support

Love the bike, it has freed up getting around my town.

I wasn't very happy with the administrative support. When I asked why my bike wasn't shipped like it was supposed to be. I never received a reply from email or telephone inquiry.

No one services Emmo Monster in Nova Scotia

First person I talked to tried to help, told me to send an email with pics to your service department. Did so, but never got a word back from them. No help at all. There's no one in Nova Scotia who will change a back tire on an Emmo Monster. I had to figure it out myself, just had a couple of parts left over when I finished, wanted to find out where they go.

Almost 5km in on my emmo dx

Almost 5km in on my emmo dx , had it from may till Nov now , I daily it , 35km a day min I do that without the limiter reaching 75km as max speed , love the bike I would buy another one with better km range so I could ride more
