The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

The site is easy to use; I found what I was looking for quickly and check-out was quick and efficient.

I was told to purchase a charger that does not work with my Panther Pro bike. I have emailed about returning the charger and haven’t heard back

The bike is good quality for the price. It is not as stable as I expected. It was missing some bolts to hold the brake calipers on and pedals were missing. Contacted Emojo but they were no help. Unable to get someone by phone or email for support.

Haven't received my battery yet. Problems with correct shipping address. Expect it to arrive soon. Will let you know.

Our satisfaction with our TWO EMOJO BIKES goes way beyond a solid “10”. We could not be happier. My husband rides the big Panther and me a 20” CrossTown. We Love ‘Em! Making our experience even better was buying them from Frank at RAD STOP RIDE SHOP in Bullhead City, Arizona.

For parts that they sell they have no instructions or torque specs for and they also forgot to send hardware for a purchased part

The ordering process was quick and easy. The box was shipped quickly and well packaged. Only gave 3 stars because there were no installation instructions and there were two screws missing.

I was told the order shipped a week ago, and would be arriving on Friday, Dec. 4. As of today, Wednesday Dec. 9, Fed Ex hasn't even picked up the package for shipment. I am NOT happy.

Any bike shop would have done a clean bike & well adjusted

something you will have to fix

1- rear derailleur was unable to shift on the easy gear, skipping & skipping
2- the 2 wheel was covered with red grease
spent over an hour to clean that grease & adjust the derailleur

After over 4 months of waiting my bike arrived to the wrong address.
