i was really concerned about the reviews i read. i went ahead and gave them a chance anyways. i contacted phone number on the web site and i was helped immediately . i was walked through every step of the way. these guys are great people and they were extremely polite . give them a chance before you make a decision based off past reviews

HO CERCATO PIÙ VOLTE DI CONTATTARLI TRAMITE MAIL, TELEFONO E CHAT, MA NIENTE, NESSUNO HA MAI RISPOSTO E IL PRODOTTO NON È MAI PARTITO NE OVVIAMENTE ARRIVATO. SONO DA DENUNCIARE IMMEDIATAMENTE!!! FORTUNATAMENTE SONO RIUSCITO AD APRIRE UNA DISPUTA TRAMITE LA MIA CARTA DI DEBITO CON CUI AVEVO PAGATO, E DOVREI RICEVERE LO STORNO E IL RIMBORSO ENTRO POCHI GIORNI. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!

Joseph Charles (the owner) is petty and swindles people.

I was looking for Outdoor Research USA gear. I ordered a few items and Joeseph Charles (the owner) was nice enough to call me and let me know when things would be shipping and that some items would take awhile. We had a nice conversation for over 1 hour.

The next day after looking at the Outdoor Research website, I discovered he was over charging for the same items by about 15-20%. I brought this to his attention via email and he retaliated by refusing any and all customer service and communication there after.

I had a pair of boot gaiters I ordered the wrong size on. I was within the return window so I reached out for an exchange for the right size. No response to emails or phone calls. So I initiated a charge back with my bank of which he promptly resisted and I never got my money back or got any customer service.

I ordered a patch in December 2021. I got an email saying it shipped within 48 hrs and even got a tracking number, but it never got past "shipping label created". Nearly 2 months later and nothing. I emailed them twice and no response. Called, no answer. Don't buy from them.

I think I’ve been scammed. Ordered products and immediately got an email confirming and stating it was preparing to ship. Weeks go by and no further communication. No response to email. Phone number on their Facebook page doesn’t belong to them. Going to work with credit card company to do a charge back. Beware, this place is likely a scam.

Dont buy from this company, I orderd patches, But the patch is all croked, and not good made, I tryed to contact then for 30 days, Email, Facebook. But they wont answer. Crappy service.

Sac a 500 euros commander en juillet et jamais recu , relancer plusieurs fois pour m entendre dire probleme d acheminement et de douane en novembre avec pas mal de difficultees pour avoir des reponses.

Avant que je passe commande la aucun soucis j avais des reponses rapides, des qu ils ont eu les sous pouff plus personnes.

Je signale que je desire annuler ma commande et veut un remboursement depuis zero nouvelles, aucune reponses a aucun de mes mails, ca fait le mort.

Site a fuir absoluement, 500 euros plus 100 euros de frais de port totalement perdu , aucune reponse et aucun remboursement premiere fois que je commandais chez eux, clairement la derniere fois c est du vol.

Je mettrais bien moins cinq etoiles mais c est impossible.
