The items I received did not match the description of the products or the images online. They pretty much order items from Aliexpress and up charge for it. The products smelt so toxic. I reached out the company and never got a response. The items took over a month to arrive.

I finally received my bag after 3 weeks…
I finally received my bag after 3 weeks and it arrived broken. Part of the zipper was missing so couldn't use AR all. Contacted them and sent pictures. It's been 1 week and I still haven't heard back regarding refund or exchange.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
Purchased several items, they at first send you a shipping notification with an ETAa and tracking number. ETA is a lie and tracking number is fake. Been 3 months, and they have ignored all my emails. Scam - do not buy!!!

I ordered a few bags well over a month…
I ordered a few bags well over a month ago, they still have not arrived. I have emailed the company six times with zero response. I believe this site to be a scam and so not recommend purchasing.

I placed an order via this website and it says my oschage was delivered on a Sunday afternoon. No delivery service in my area works on a Sunday so this is false. I have sent several emails to Empiria and there’s be no response whatsoever. Waste if my time and money. Do NOT order through this company!!!!!

Absolutely Awful and a Cheat
I purchased this makeup bag from Empiria. The quality is Not as described and you could see immediately that the bag wasn’t the brand Empiria had advertised for. It was a made very cheaply for that reason I had to send it back . I also contacted their customer services and got their return address. The makeup bag was returned it by tracked delivery. The package has reached its destination on March the 10th 2023 but they’re not responding back to my emails nor refunding me the money no matter how many times I’ve tried to contact them!!!? Don’t buy anything from empiria activewear.
If this is not stealing I don’t know what is!!! It’s disgusting!! They’ve got the product and my money!!

I did not have a good experience with…
I did not have a good experience with this company. I ordered a premium make-up bag. The tracking data provided said it should have been delivered a month before it turned up. All my emails were ignored. I only received it after my credit card company stepped in to help.
And sadly, the product itself is very very poor quality. Cheap and nasty, I do not think it will last 5 minutes.
