Terrible, the page of the hosting was constantly triggering my antivirus, aparently is full of malware, my server was hacked, hackers made all of the players op, and also remove and edit some of the files in the server, which can only be accesed via empowered server. If I could go back in time and never use this service I would.

Look. If you're looking for an affordable paid Minecraft server, then this is a great option. Just remember to search up those promo codes.

Anyway, the reason I'm lowering my rating is because I believed that server renewals were refundable. Other services have this feature and allow the user to have ease of mind in the event that they forget to cancel. However, empower servers does not offer this.

Empower Servers are insanely worth the value for the price. After my issues got solved, it runs my Rust server at 200 fps+.

Was looking for a hoster for minecraft servers and I don't regret going with this one. I knew nothing about server hosting to begin with, and so I asked what server I should get which they helped me with. Later I realised that the mod I installed was far too heavy and so I was heavy on refunding and cancelling it, but they helped me with upgrading my plan and it really wasn't even that much more expensive, I just had to switch from a premium to a basic that had more ram. Honestly the refund policy is fine in my opinion because i would have given up right there, but atleast now I can play the mod pack with my friends

Just finished an entire modpack with my friend and Empower Hosting didn't give me any hiccups throughout. I bought the obsidian plan for a pretty large modpack and it worked just fine. (Also thank you Gio you're the goat)

They are fast! The support is friendly and quick. I got an issue on checkout because I gave wrong billing address. They helped me in minutes and got a new discount code as well.

I expected WAY BETTER for a server host.

I rented a server in my own country and me and my friends still lagged every 5 seconds to 2 minutes; couldn't even fire a bow in Minecraft man.

I really want a refund but they don't do that, so I won't be renting from these guys again for that crap performance.

I missed one payment and they deleted my kids club server. Also the tech support is rather condescending. We have been using them for years and they just deleted it.

The server shad such a simple control panel, the pricing was low and then to bring it all together the support team would always reply in minutes

They are all good with the price,but what you pay is what you get in my opinion.They are very unprofessional and are not willing to help me.They wiped my server out with not my consent and after my hard work setting up my community and i paid the 5 bucks thingie gimmick and lost it all.Beware from these scammers!!

wow 10/10 the customer service is amazing they are so helpful and assist with everything i need help with weather it be a big or small task and the price is very good too the servers are reliable

My experience with Empower Servers was great. The customer support overall was great, it's rare to see a customer support be this active and kind. The servers are cheap as well! I do recommend this.

We've managed a Minecraft server for a few years now, going from host to host, always having issues. Payments, stability, server, cores, speed, technical.
Last night we stumbled upon Empower Servers.
Within minutes, our server was setup. We had customer service and technical support helping us migrate everything from another host that gave us issues.
Within seconds, your chat messages are aknowledged, within minutes they're addressed and fixed.
Not just fixed, but your mistakes and errors are explained to you so that you don't make them again.
As for pricing, it's VERY competitive.
Douglas from Customer Service had us opt for a lower priced package than we had the intention of going for at first, saving us money every single month, as we wouldn't have needed a bigger server.
Douglas monitored us for an hour or two afterwards and then Gio took over on shift change to make sure everything went well.
From one member of their staff to another, we've been getting absolutely blessed by the service we've received and I cannot say how grateful we are for the experience.

No recomiendo en absoluto.
Si quieres un server con amigos, cualquier otra opción va a ser mucho mejor que Empower Ñerver. Compre 12 gigas de ram para meter un modpack de menos de 200 mods. El servidor se reiniciaba cada 5minutos, el lag dentro era imposible, rompías bloques y tardaban un montón en romperse, cuando se autoreiniciaba el server se duplicaba el inventario.

En el servicio de atención al cliente, leonardo al principio me ayudó, pero cuando le dije esto, lo primero q hizo fue acusar al modpack (no se había ni informado que modpack estaba metido), seguido de las acusaciones le pedí el rembolso y empezó a decir que la culpa era mía por meter un modpack que no funciona, el modpack funciona perfectamente, pero los servidores de esta empresa van peor que los de aternos.

Finalmente, he conseguido el rembolso tras hablar con 3 personas distintas. Busca otro hosting, q pagar un poco más te va a salir mejor que esto.
