Great customer service, fast shipping, and excellent quality tank drum.

I've been practicing on a Chinese made 15 notes tongue drum for almost 3 years. Compared the both. The Kosmosky New wave 15 is indeed a very good musical instrument. But the New wave 15 has it pros & cons. The pros are ¹every note are tuned on the dots. ²The sound is resonance, ³the design and placement of each notes is uniquely cooperate with chords.
The cons are ¹though NW15 has it unique placement of each notes, the player will have to re-train the brian muscle and will need some time to get used to it ( Imagine it's just like buying a guitar or piano with different key notes placing).²The price are on the high side. ³The drum stick though are velvet but the sticks are too light weight. The bag they provided were not padded to protect the drum and the NW15 cannot go in easily. If ones buy the NW15 in the first place to practice, it will not cause any inconveniences. And if all the accessories it provides come in a better quality it would easily get a 5 stars. Overall the NW15 is still a unique precision musical instrument. 🥁

I bought the New Wave 15 tongue drum.

There is only one thing to say: This is the best sounding tongue drum I have ever had!!! And I have had a LOT, also known brands like HAPI and a few chinese junk ones.
But Kosmosky New Wave 15 is the absolute best sounding tongue drum ever! Buy it immediately, worth every penny. Highest quality, powder coated, solid construction.
The team is very helpful and was able to respond in shortest time, very friendly!
I can absolutely recommend!! Go buy it!

Good communication, awesome drums with beautiful tone

I have been looking at different hand pans for quite awhile, and occasionally had the pleasure of playing on other peoples. I ran across some of kosmoskys videos and thought they sounded very pleasant, but wasn’t sure what it would sound like in person. I’ve played on tongue drums before, and although they were kind of neat, they ended up on shelves next to plants and books etc. so I purchased a New Wave E minor to play around with, as my conga set up is tuned to E minor, and figured I wouldn’t be out that much if it wasn’t as advertised. When I received it, I was very happy, but now I’m very excited about it. The tones are great and the overtones are tasty once you get grooving. I’m now addicted to playing on it, and plan on purchasing the New wave Symphony as soon as I save up for it. It is a beautiful instrument, and my decision to purchase the Symphony gives me the ability to play pretty much anything. I’m great full to kosmosky for creating such an awesome instrument.

I am very happy with all my Kosmosky Drums. I have multiple different models and the contact with the Team Kosmosky has always been very nice and helpful. I have also multiple other Tonguedrums from other makers, but the Kosmosky Drums are IMO the best when it comes to affordable price and stunning quality. Also they have very different models and are constantly improve and innovate their Drums, highly recommend them.

Ordered on 16 March and I still don't have it. Your shipping delay and now with your carrier's tariff grandstanding, I may never have it . . .

If there were 10 stars to tick, I’d tick 10 stars. Between January and Start March 2025 I interacted with this company with the purchase of 5 different tongue drums and accessories. Customer service was brilliant - flawless, shipping via DHL - above expectation/flawless. Totally surprised how fast it got to Sydney Aust from Russia. DHL pickup point in Sydney was easily accessible & pickup so easy. Packaging was secure & product well protected.
The instruments are beautifully hand crafted & the sound when playing the drum is exactly as the video sample you listen to via the company website/youtube

I am beyond thrilled with my purchase. I was thankful that the sleeve accessory was kindly suggested before my drum was shipped… it is an amazing addition and I wouldn’t have known about it otherwise, The drum itself is a masterpiece. It plays intuitively and sounds beautiful. And it is a true piece of art. This drum is going to bring my family and clients a lot of joy for many years to come. 🤩

First of i would like to state a disclaimer: I am not a professional musician, nor have I ever played an instrument in my life. I went into this hyper fixation with little to no prior knowledge.

When I got interested in learning to play the steel tongue drum I was sucked into a rabbit hole of music I hadent expected, I watched a ton of YouTube videos to get an idea of how different brands sound, I also searched forums for recommendations from experienced players. But when I came across the first kosmosky in a video comparing 3 different brands I instantly fell in love. The sound was amazing but the drum also looked incredibly unique as compared to the others, I knew I had to get one!
Kosmosky makes quality tongue drums unlike any other brand on the market, at very decent prices!
If you are a massive audiophile, there might be more "highend" options available, but these will also cost you 2-3 times as much as a kosmosky. Even so a kosmosky drum is by no means a cheap product! When you look at it, touch it and play it you are never in doubt that it's a quality instrument made with a lot of care and love for the craft.
What makes Kosmosky truly stand out among their competitors in my opinion, is the option to get your drum custom made to your liking. You can choose scale/tuning, colour and even get your drum engraved with the most beautiful designs. Kosmosky offers a wealth of different tunings, and you can easily find what sounds best to you by listening to the sample youtube videos provided on their web store. The engravings are stunning and makes the drums stand out like a conversation pieces!
Kosmosky boasts a 4-5 weeks production time for custom made drums. In that regard I was "unlucky" as unforseen circumstances had the team move workshops shortly after my order was placed, I ended up waiting 5-6 months on my drum. Through it all Kosmosky remained very responsive and did the best they could to answer my questions, their customer support team in general seems to be world class and really cares for a good personal customer experience!. Even though the wait was longer than expected, the final result was worth the wait! I was so awed by the final product, how it felt playing, and how it looked that I was instantly hooked! Buyer beware: this is an addictive hobby, within 3 months of receiving my first custom drum, I have ordered another two, and this time around the production time looks to be on schedule!

Customer Service is top-drawer. So very helpful with selection and assistance. DHL kept me informed during the transit and the packaging held up well to the journey to the USA. The Duotone is absolutely beautiful and the note sustain is just eternal. I'm a beginner but enjoying the learning process immensely. Could not be more pleased!

The tongue drums here are top notch products. I now have 4 of their products and each is very different and beautiful in sound and looks in thier own way.
