The company doesn't explain their policies at the time of enrollment.While enrolling they definitely talk politely on the grounds that the rate might increase so I can enroll now in December 25 nd start later...not updating about the 20 days limited tym period within which it has to be started ... irrespective of me telling them that I will be joining post Feb after coming back from Australia that is in Feb 2026.They already knew at the tym of enrolling me in Dec that I wl start my plan after coming bk from Australia in Feb 26...but they still didn't inform me abt the 20 days policy post enrolling me.Moreover a pause policy of 15 days is informed not at the time of enrollment but once the client starts the plan and is stuck up finally.I was happy with Nidhi Mam whn I joined in 2023...but the team of 2025-26 ( not mentioning names ) goofed up everything this time...the company only sees its own benefit and not the clients circumstances...wherein again the client is told to pay 150/- per day for pausing further beyond 15 days.Wake up Team before it's too late.Dipti Mam is politely impolite.

I was scammed by this company. They set up a monthly direct payment on my credit card for 59.99. This was fraudulently taken from my mobile phone activity, possibly whilst trying to set up parking payments via a parking app. Report it to your credit card company and they should credit any payments back to you.

If there was a zero or negative star option, I would choose it. These people illegitmately stole my information via a parking app and proceeded to charge me for services which I had not signed up to. They proceeded to suggest that they could only refnud transactions made in the last 55 days, meaning they keep £59.99 of my money. No option to make a complaint or raise things further. Unscrupulous. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Totally scammed not sure to be honest how!! Only noticed when doing our banking transactions so currently onto the bank to try sort it out and then to see what these dreadful people have to say about this as we were not looking at parking!! Awaiting the response and hope that they have the decency to refund our money that was taken from us 😖 However we have now received a refund in full after sending emails and reporting them to our bank hope this helps others if it happens to you

These scammers are disgraceful they cause so much trouble and don't care. My bank account and debit card were frozen due to these scammers and I have to yet again wait whilst my bank investigate. I have not used my card as I was in hospital having a mastectomy due to breast cancer and not been out since coming home with a drain in and district nurses coming in to our home daily. FOR the upset and anguish that these scammers have caused me at this dreadful time in my life, i hope and pray that KARMA pays these scammers a big visit because of the upset they have caused me.

Absolute SCAM!
I was using a completely different app in relation to my workplace, which is a Global company. A pop-up appeared and I never signed up for anything!
Had £59.99 taken from my card.
Called them and demanded a full refund, and advised I want my info removing from their database.
Will keep lookout for the redund and update asap.
Update - I received a full refund this afternoon.

Same again…a scam, they linked a fake pop up to the ring go parking app. It gets you to put in an email and card details thinking ur registering for car parking but ur not they linked ur card to a gym membership on a reoccurring payment. You’ll see they take a £1 authorisation and then refund it (czh republic) on mine. If you don’t cancel it with ur bank they take a monthly first payment in a few days. I spotted it straight away. Don’t think freezing ur card stops payments like this as you’re set up to pay in future. Get straight on to ur bank or credit card and go to the fraud dept! Insist on it. I was trying to pay for parking at Maybeck North Yorks car park. I’ll try reporting to ring go they have got spam linked to their site as well.

Poor service, not at all recommended who all are serious for weight loose. They are nothing less than scameers, first' they call 20 times a day to client in order to take money but i am shocked to tell that their after sales service is pathetic. Nit at all recommended and I would like to mention i was guided my Mrudula mam.

I've just been caught out by this.
Trying to load up the parking app 'ringgo' sun was shining on the phone screen didn't realise it had come as a pop up.
I've cancelled according to the app so best not have any money go out my bank. Tried to reply via an email they sent but was undelivered

SCAM - I was charged £1.00 and then £59.99 for Toneupfit.com which I did not sign up for. Difficult to say what I did wrong to attract this. I was changing my old phone for a new one and was blindsided in the process and obviously these scammers got me!
My bank couldn't stop the payment so I have asked the scammers for a refund, which they said "no problem it has been done, expect payment within 30 days".

SCAM. Beware! I have read other reviews on here and somehow I have encountered the same? I only noticed in the nick of time when deleating spam mail that a 59.99 payment was about to leave my account. Card blocked and reported as fraud to my bank

I tried to sign up for a parking app but this app was lurking beneath.
I would like to be toned and fit, but I WILL NOT be scammed into doing so!

Scammed by £1 when using a scan barcode app. I’ve cancelled but they still will have my card details.

I was scammed into a subscription when downloading a parking app.

I was paying for parking, thinking I was approving payment for my parking a approved a £1 charge from TU Fitbill.com. luckily I checked my emails tonight to notice I had been subscribed to a fitness website I hadn't even accessed. If I had not noticed I would've been charged £59.99 tomorrow.

I have reported this to my bank who have blocked any future payments and I have contacted the merchants demanding they remove my details!

Please BEWARE when trying to pay for parking on APCOA.

This is a scam! I downloaded a parking app then I received an email saying I was charged £1 for joining Toneupfit and it will automatically renew the next day £59. Luckily I see the email and rang my bank to stop it. I think it was an advert that popped up when I was trying to download the pay by phone parking app.
