Reliable company, booking process was very straight forward and the cleaner arrived ahead of time. The cleaning was good, although some things could’ve been double checked (e.g exhaust fan) but not a big problem. The office called me before the cleaner left to check if I was happy with the experience and if there was anything they could do - great customer service.

Do not use this service! The standard of cleaning was poor and to the point where the landlord booked another cleaning company to re-clean before the new tenants arrived. This means I am £150 out of pocket and then had to pay half the other bill for the subsequent clean. The check out inventory by the estate agent has also picked up on the poor standard of cleaning which impacts our deposit.
On arrival the cleaner said his colleague was coming but on return it seemed only he had been present.
When I tried to contact the company for to raise the issue I had no response on the phone line for over 3 days-at 9 months pregnant this was extremely stressful. 'Marie' would respond to some emails and said she would arrange a re-clean, however when my landlord spoke to the cleaner to rearrange, he was extremely rude and defensive and rather than simply agree a time to re-clean, he questioned everything that was being raised and denied that the standard of cleaning was poor.
I have since emailed the company multiple times to find some kind of resolution and nobody has come back to me.

I have booked my cleaning with this company. The confirmation said it would be no time limit and good quality, however, it turned to be words only. Cleaners arrived on time and I left them in the property to clean, on my arrival I started checking all areas and NONE of them was cleaned properly. The more bits I showed, the ruder they became, they only aimed to get the money and leave. I hate situations like this and just left them go, as I just could not bear the complaining about that they got paid for 3 hours only and that was not possible to clean my flat within this time (The property was cleaned on weekly basis and had deep clean once a month). I asked them why did not them tell me this in the first 5 mins after they checked the property and instead of an answer of anything I heard that they needed to go to a different cleaning for the 101 time! That was the cleaner, not me who decided that my cleaning was finished! This was appalling and completely different to what you read on your confirmation.
I stayed in the property myself for additional 3 hours! The top of the microwave was left with grease and smear all around, upper tray and bottom tray in oven - greasy and sides with cleaning products, all cupboard panels were not even touched and I had to do it again myself, kettle was not descaled even though I left the product for it, toaster tray was not even touched (again, it was left to me). Chrome parts of furniture - left with no attention claiming it was not possible to clean that until I proved them wrong, taps - left with limescales, mirrors - with significant smear signs.
Vacuuming was done properly, bathroom and shower cleaned, windows - fine, fridge - great.
I would say go for a slightly expensive, but better cleaning company, who would pay attention to details more as at the end it is part of the deposit you will end up paying.

UPD. I have been contacted by the company and a good will was provided for the services. I have now updated my review from 2* to 4*.
Unfortunately, I did not have neither time nor willingness to ask for re-doing, and I cannot say the second visit would have been the same. But I would like to mention that the company is reputable one and do care of the service they provide. It is always some room for improvement, however, all in all with the customer service step it my experience has changed a lot.

Do not trust this company. They did not turn up and when we called to ask why, they said they had booked us in for the wrong day, despite us having email confirmation from the company that we were booked in for the day we requested. Instead of being helpful, the man on the phone shouted at us and was extremely rude. Do not book with this company.

I’m so glad I found this company! I’ve not hired cleaners before and didn’t know who to find. I’d look at different places and reading reviews was like a rollercoaster ride of amazing and awful experiences, which left me not knowing what the heck to do. That’s not great when the deadline was creeping nearer and nearer.

I found the End Of Tenancy London cleaners though, and was very happy to find that they were simply amazing. They arrived on time (actually arrived early - we walked past them into the building without realising, sorry about that), and they went straight to work. We left them alone for a couple of hours and when we returned the apartment was sparkling! The place looked new and sooo clean! One of the bathrooms had a mould problem due to long term neglect, and I was stressing about it for a while because it looked impossible to remove. However the guy who worked on it managed to clean it right up - it was like a Cinderella transformation!

They were lovely people, the customer service was easy to communicate with, and overall I am delighted with the company. If I needed somewhere cleaned again, or somebody was looking for recommendations they would definitely be on the top of the list.

I had an end of tenancy clean. Really clean and thorough job the oven looks brand new and everywhere was cleaned top to bottom, inside draws cupboards etc I would defiantly recommend them.

I had an end of tenancy cleaning for a 1 bed flat and I am very happy with the results! The cleaner was very good and I didn't get any comments back from the check out report. Would tot recommend it!
