I'm very satisfied with your service

I'm very satisfied with your service. I have had no issues with anything. I just changed to a yearly subscription. It was a little difficult to find the way to change from monthly to yearly, You could find a way to put it front and center on the website, but it wasn't a big deal. (that was the 4 star instead of 5 star..lol), otherwise it's been great.

Installation of the Encryption programme giving a black screen death to my computer with Windows 11

I have downloaded the EndpointLock encryption programme and installed it on my main desktop computer on which I primarily use on a daily basis (I work from home). To complete the installation, as is often the case, I needed to restart my computer which I did and my computer would not restart (so called a "Black Screen" death). I tried three times. Thus, I restored my computer using a restore point (before the installation of the said programme) and my computer came back to life. I installed the programme, restarted my computer and a black screen again. I restored my computer to the pre-installation point and it came back to life. In summary, the Encryption programme is not usable. I am thinking of asking for a refund.

Thank you for your interest in EndpoointLock and your feedback. When the EndpointLock Icon is on, The scope of EndpointLock’s protection is specific to typed data coming from the keyboard. Features like autofill would be outside this scope. However, it’s important to remember that even passwords that are auto-filled do need to be created or updated by typing them which is when they would be vulnerable to being keylogged. Furthermore, when using a password manager that auto-fills your passwords, there is still one password that it will not autofill, the master password to the password vault itself. And this master password becomes a single point of failure that if compromised by a keylogger it will then give the hackers access to all of your usernames and passwords. Also please keep in mind the ease of use. You can simply toggle on and off the EndpointLock Icon and return your keyboard to it's original functions. Just make sure to put it on when you are sending sensitive information such as Usernames, Passwords, Banking information, etc...Thank you, EndpointLock Support

Easy to use

Easy to use. However, sometimes my bluetooth keyboard doesn't work for 20 seconds or so. I think it may be due to endpoint.

Thank you for your interest in EndpointLock and your feedback. We apologies that you didn't see our notification in regards to the support of MacOS. We are currently unable to support MacOS due to a security issue with the M1, M2, and M3 chips. The chips' Data Memory-Dependent Prefetchers (DMP) sometimes misinterpret stored data as a memory address, causing it to be cached. If a malicious app repeatedly triggers this error, it could eventually expose the encryption key. Until Apple resolves this issue, we cannot guarantee full protection on MacOS. However, WE DO SUPPORT APPLE iOS (iPhones) and iPads. Thank you, EndpointLock Support.

The EndpointLock keyboard is…not as good as I was expecting

The EndpointLock keyboard is inconsistent with timing and at most time switches on and interrupts typing, leaving blank spaces or wrong keys. It akso doesn't recognize my email address so I must type it in every time. It doesn't allow for text replacement shortcuts as replacement texts don't work
