I have had 13 lights over the past. the battery are junk lasting 6 to 12 mounts, they are hard people to deal with keeping wanting you to send pic after pic. I canceled last order of over 300$ over a 25 $ bad battery. I took the battery pack apart to look into making new one and found they start with a 2 year old battery to make a new packs a least in my case.

I ordered 3 solar lights. They are really big, work fantastic and great custimer service thusvfar. My only issue is they don't drill into certain materials, like the p1nels used to build homes. With the light being so heavy that needs to be taken into consideratiion.

over all we r going over 2 yearq. I loved them, would buy again and have recommened to others.

They are a scam company and website is gone. Order 5 lights in July 2024 and tried many times to contact they are gone. Endurance Solar Lights is legit ordering from them in Torrance CA.

Ordered and paid for a light 7/5/24. Never received the light, and now their website is gone. Do not confuse them with Endurance Solar Lights (the legit company)

I purchased [one 90w. and it works good still. So I bought 3 more. I waited a year to install them so warranty expired and that's my fault. But none of the motion sensors work on the 3 I purchased later 2- 60w. & 1-120w. I called they told me all I can do is power cycle them and use the remote. It didn't work and I'm buying replacements elsewhere. Very sad new electronics they use after 2022 seems very low quality compared to my old light from them.

Back in December I purchased a solar light. It took me 2 months to receive my paid light. I
E-Mailed several times, and their response was that they moved into a new building. I held off on purchasing another light because of delay. I purchased another light August 5th, and the same thing is happening. No status update, or answers to my E mail’s.

You want honesty well here it comes. I purchased 5 lights just over 12 months ago. All five worked like advertised right out of the box and worked great until 1 year and 10 days later the first of five lights went out. Dealt with customer service and they only wanted to sell more lights. One track mind. It was determined it was the battery and i would need to order a new one for just under $30.00. I tried to find the same battery on the internet, but no luck. It is made in China. Now 2 weeks later the 2nd of 5 went out. Guess their warranty is 12 months. Just missed it. I won't buy another light from this company until they start discounting parts too. Let's not forget the labor of climbing and taking them down and opening them up. Piece of cake for a younger person, but not a senior. Need a phone call from the owner if there is one. Need a discount on 4 batts.

Placed an order one month ago. Tried calling the number on their website. Says they are on vacation until August 29th for the 4th of July holiday! I sure wish my employer gave me 2 months off for a holiday vacation! This is a scam website and no way to get your money back as you can never talk to a person. Get a recording every time I try no matter what time of the day or night I call. Save your money. 💰

I ordered 2 endurance lights and set them up, and neither of them worked right out of the box. The brackets that they advertised were made to look like they would fit on a standard 4 x 4 post, but they are 3 x 3 so I had to cut the post down to fit the bracket. Not very easy like their ad shows.

Because they do not make the light that I bought anymore the warranty is invalid! The lights were new in an unopened box!!
Yes they offered to send me 2 new “latest model” lights at a 20% discount but with that kind of customer support and non existent warranty I declined!!!

I bought the out side solar lights. I live in AZ. The heat is causing the plastic to sag. One light is straight the other is bending. But I am happy with lights other ways.

I ordered lights through this company about a month ago. I have called several times, emailed them several times, left a comment on their website without any replies regarding the status of my order. This is all a scam and like we will not be receiving the product or a refund. This is extremely unprofessional of them. This is also a waste of time and money. A lawsuit will be filed for a fraud.

Honor your warranty! My light is a year old and doesn't work.

I bought this solar light and at first it was working, then after a month it stop or not working .I emailed endurance light and asked me to take pictures and sent to them. I emailed 3x already and they never reply me anymore...

This company is a major rip off. I ordered a light in November, it was back ordered they say, told me December, then January, then February and it is not the end of March and nothing. They will not help me anymore after several emails and responses. They took money from me. Be careful.

After waiting 2 months, this company had still not shipped my light. Would not reply to e-mails or messages. When I finally asked them to cancel my order, after 2 weeks I still didn’t have my refund. Only upon filing a fraudulent charge with my bank did they refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I own a business and have bought from them several times, and referred a handful of people to them as I love their product...BUT, I placed an order a month ago and they immedietly withdrew my $ and I got no order confirmation or any updates. so I then sent TWO customer requests asking for an update, I got no response either time. I called them yesterday and the gentleman said they have no order from me and basically blew me off and told me to dispute it with my bank. I pulled up my bank statement and read him the amount and that Endurance Solar made the withdrawl... he told me to deal with my bank as they have no order, but they took my $. Not a big deal, I'll just eat the money stolen, but I just wanted to let it be known. Also, I have never, ever given a bad review in my life to any company, and always try to work out any issues, I understand there are problems, but its how a company deals with them that is the key, but this company certainly doesnt see it that way. I ordered one solar light on Jan 4, 2024. I still have not received the light. CC was charge on the order date. Numerous emails back and forth pushing the ship date forward. They are apparently selling a product they do not have. Next step is to work with my CC provider for a refund. UPDATE 2 Days after contacting my CC Bank I received a email stating my order was being prepared for shipping and would be shipped in 2 days. A week later I received a email stating a LABEL was created and waiting for UPS. A couple of days later another email said that UPS was DELAYED. The light arrived on Feb 28, 2024

I have purchased lights from this company twice, the first time I purchased a wall mount light, the lights didn't work from the start, some times they would come on and others they simply didn't work. I contacted the customer service and was given many excuses as to why the lights were not working as advertised. The second set of lights I purchased was the 60 watt light, once again the experience was not pleasant, when I got my order I opened it up to find that there was no mounting bracket, when I contacted customer service they were very quick to tell me that the bracket had to be ordered separate. I went back to the web site and followed the link, however, the link sent you to the order page for the light itself, I called back and informed them and was informed that their web site had been compromised.
I ended up going to Lowes and purchasing a bracket for the light.

these lights do not last all night as advertised I have tried them on different settings with the same result, the longest that my 60 watt light last is about 2-3 hours after they come on.
