Helpful efficient installation of a Smart Gas Meter

Sub-contracted by Octopus to install a smart meter. Efficient installation that other engineers had claimed was not possible. Good communication letting me know when he was arriving. Thank you Sammy Davis.

Sammy Davis came to replace my electricity meter this morning and made what could have been a stressful visit completely hassle-free. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his stuff — the whole job was done quickly and tidily, with no fuss at all. He also took a moment to explain what he’d done before leaving, which I really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend. Five stars!

Quick set up, friendly team and great communication!

I had Tina round today, under contract for an Octopus Energy installation of a smart meter. I cannot recommend her enough! Her set up of my smart meter was swift and her ability to highlight grey areas, surrounding the internal infrastructure of my boiler, were very helpful; I shall be able to report these anomalies to the correct people to ensure I am secure in my new home. Tina is a very personable engineer: she gets the job done, even with a smile and friendly approach. She makes sure to keep you informed in what she is doing and what to expect before, during and after the works being carried out. Thank you Tina for the follow on advice: I know what must be done if anything needs to be queried. An absolute asset to her team!

I recently had my smart meter installed by Haider Hussain and was very impressed with the service. The installation was completed quickly and without any issues.
