Tina came out to fit my metre today - i work from home on a friday and had a meeting at 2pm, Tina rang her boss and did the job the other way around to keep my electric on fir my meeting, I asked for my door to be kept closed for ky cats, she did - what an absolute gem of a women, really helpful and friendly octopus as a company no qualms with anything, then you have a rep come round your house sometimes you can be a bit wary, but she was genuinley outstanding, very good customer service and very good at her job, thanks Tina :)

I recently had my smart meters fitted by Tina, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exemplary. Tina was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my home during the installation.
