Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. Promised one price before the job then charged way more once they had my car in bits. Car was given back to me with damage to the paintwork and a cracked windscreen which they tried to deny until I forced them to look at the CCTV. They did fix the windscreen but gave the car back with a whistling Turbo. They blamed the whistle on the fact that the engine was now at correct pressure and then charged me again for a new turbo. Car was returned to me with an oil leak and was getting through approximately a litre of oil a week. Tried to contact them to look at it but had my calls ignored and they only picked up the phone when I called from a different number and pretended to be a new client. Told me to drop the car to them and they would fix it as a matter of priority but then ignored my calls again for over a week.
When I accused them of deliberately ignoring my calls and not working in the car on purpose they admitted that they deliberately kept pushing it back as that’s what happens when you keep calling….. unbelievable 😞 I texted them and said we wanted to collect car and not to do any work on it. They refused to not work on the car then 2hrs later they sent images claiming it was overfilled with oil and blamed it on the garage who did the MOT. Sadly although I can’t prove it I have a feeling they added more oil to the car themselves to spite me and to void the warranty. They then refused to give me the car back when we asked to collect it until I spoke to the police and was advised to report it stolen. They then told me the matter was going to court and they would not be speaking to me any more. I turned up at the garage , called the police and forced them to return the car. A job that was initially quoted as £2500 no matter what they found ended up costing me £3600.00.
