"I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the assessment of my academic qualifications (Ref: 4002418206). Despite providing comprehensive evidence, UK ENIC has persistently undervalued my 5-year cumulative university curriculum (3-year 'Graduat' + 2-year 'Licence').
My degree is a recognized second-cycle qualification in the traditional system, granting access to doctoral studies (confirmed by UNESCO/IAU and Campus France). By downgrading this to a Level 5, UK ENIC is ignoring:
1 The Lisbon Recognition Convention: My qualification grants formal rights to access postgraduate research in the awarding country, which must be respected.
2 Institutional Standards: Official references, including Campus France, confirm that this 5-year progression (Bac+5) is equivalent to a Master's level (300 ECTS).
3 The 'Fast Track' Failure: I paid for a 2-day fast-track service that has now been pending since May 4, 2026, with no meaningful update from their 'senior evaluators'.
Systematically downgrading a rigorous, 5-year quality-assured curriculum creates arbitrary barriers to my professional and academic progression. I have formally requested a re-evaluation based on international standards and the UNESCO/WHED framework on 4 may 2026 at your reassessment email , yet I remain in a deadlock.
I urge UK ENIC to review my file immediately and provide an assessment that reflects the reality of my academic achievements. Professional recognition should be based on objective international data, not administrative error."
