I love my Enigma Etape Ti!

I love my Enigma Etape Ti to bits, it's simply the best bike I've ever owned for all-round comfort, speed and style. I've recently upgraded the groupset and wheels & tyres, it now looks the absolute Nuts!!

Have recently ordered a new Enigma headset and the service and communication were, as always, brilliant.

I needed to replace a snapped derailleur this was a easy process online. The hanger was promptly despatch on arrival a small grub screw was missing. I contacted Enigma who promptly sent one out in the post free of cost. Great customer service from a company who strive to provide a quality service however big the purchase.

Great service

Prompt service, everything arrived as expected and well packaged. This is my third Enigma, all of them have rode really well and been super quality.

Bought from the Enigma site where this bike was reduced.

Saw this bike in the Enigma Sale.
This is my 3rd Enigma so you may think that I am predujiced but... their bikes are really well-built and the attention to detail is beyond what you would expect. Forget carbon and experience the joy of riding a titanium or steel bike. Both will outlast carbon. Thank you Enigma!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, excellent customer response and a great bike to boot. Enigma were really helpful in getting the build to the exact spec I wanted, plus even shipped it set up (Di2, etc) even though I was fitting my own wheels. They kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Can't fault them.
