Best company ever for renting car !
Very easy to find car and anytime stiff of. Is possible. I love to be customer with this company.

I had to travel 2.7 miles to my nearest car club vehicle. There are fewer and fewer vehicles on offer. There used to be 3 in the city centre and one was less than half a mile away. Now there are none and I have to take a bus to access the nearest vehicle. I am very disappointed.

It was a good experience

The whole experience of hiring a car was made simple by online checking and the courteous help of Ben from the Kings Lynn branch . The best part was the pick up and drop off service which made the whole process 5* for me . Thanks guys I will definitely use Enterprise again .

Straightforward process. Register -> choose a car -> come and start driving.

I would be very careful with using this car club rental company. After having a more than two years problem-free usage, just out of the blue I was recently notified for a tyre rim damage, a very small gouge. Not caused by me (I would not have bothered to post on trust pilot otherwise). I happened to be the last one having used the car before a company routine inspection was done. I had done my pretrip damage report with to me known damages indicated, including photos. When approached by firstly their operations team then their damage coverage team I on both occasions tried to explain that this could easily have been missed by multiple users, and neither did I spot it, even less had a photo. The company stated they had reached out to several previous drivers which they never showed me any proof of. Bottomline is they just charged me, no pragmatic approach at all, which maybe couldn't be expected perhaps, and my objections were futile in the end.
So, it might be OK if you photo the whole car pre-trip, make sure you report all, and I mean ALL. If you would miss a small tyre gouge like in my case, remember that they will not have any compassion at all if you are established as last user. Good luck.

Enterprise Car Club are a godsend as living in London I only require a vehicle occasionally and it works wonderfully for me. The process is easy and well serviced. I always recommend Enterprise to all and sundry. Thanks

The whole process: finding a van in Edinburgh just where we needed it, unlocking and using the vehicle and dropping it off again was super-easy and not at all expensive. Highly recommended.

Enterprise car club cars are fine- we used to be members of Zipcar. The only difficulty is that they don't have as many cars as Zip so I have to get a bus to the car. Hopefully they will expand their network. Their staff are always helpful on the phone when you need to call.

Awful experience. Other drivers damage cars and then your blamed! Save up for a car and avoid these bandits!

Very polite and helpful staff on duty during my early Sunday morning visit to pick up hire van. The price was very clean and at a very good hire price.

Would highly recommend to all when needing a hire vehicle to visit your local Enterprise or Hamilton in my case.

Five Star Service was provided during my visit.

Great prices. Cars are accessible via app (i.e. no need for owners to hand you the key). Lots of cars and van with great coverage of central London

I’ve opened an account with Enterprise Car Club. I’ve been charged with Application Fee and Membership Fee.

I decided to cancel my membership once it was opened, because there are no mini vans with an automatic transmission available at all.
I got a refund for my Membership Fee, but not an Application Fee. Customer service told me that they have processed my application and won’t refund the Application Fee. It feels wrong and unfair to me.

Also worth mentioning that app and website looks and works like we are still in 2010.

Simple and easy to cancel, update, or change the car reservation.

Plenty of helpful resources online for user guides and important information.

However, the car I had for my first enterprise reservation had spongy brakes. Enterprise needs to be more mindful of maintenance of the cars they rent out. For the safety of everyone, not just the driver.

Also, did not find the damage evaluation guide in the car. Did my own checks, but in future Enterprise should consider a damage evaluation being built into the app. Something that assesses damage, not just ticking yes.

Well organised and kept us informed. A range of nearby vehicles available. All straightforward.
