About returning a product .

Bought the Jumble Shorts in sliver Grey colour. They had a inner lining, in the form of a mesh undergarment, black colour. I followed the washing instructions to the letter: had wash 20 degrees max. I left them to air dry. When i picked them up the next day, the black dye from the mesh undergarment had bled into the shorts fabric, giving them a not very nice blackish, gray-ish tinge around the waistline and the other areas the black undergarments touched. Not a good look!! I brought them back to the shop who refused to take them back saying that once I had taken the labels off and worn them I invalidated any potential refund. BEWARE! Shoddy undergarment material. Discolouration probable upon wash!

The delivery service was great, i ordered items on a Friday with no problems on the website and after the weekend items sent straight to me in less than 2 days and got top notch clothes for the summer.

Overall great experience made 2 orders and came early and great quality clothing will be definitely ordering again
