Booking the Plustek film scanner was easy. Delivery came through DPD and arrived early. Silverfast is an excellent scanner software, often used by professional photographers. After download and input product S/N, plug the slide scanner in and it's ready. The return process is very easy. Just seal the box container with the tabs provided and drop it off at a DPD pickup point. No qualms whatsoever. I will be using Envio again.

I can’t praise this company enough. Seamless rental service; they have thought of everything. Delivery and return was simple and straightforward and the rental equipment was easy to operate (it came with full instructions). I rang them beforehand to ask a question and they were friendly and professional…and gave me a really useful tip. It’s not often you ring an organisation and they actually answer, so top marks for that. I didn’t need to contact them throughout the rental period but if I had, I’m sure they would have been helpful.

I had a very positive experience with Envio Rentals (envio.rentals). The service was efficient, queries were handled promptly, and the process saved me a lot of time converting old family photos. The scanner delivery and return were smooth, and the software was easy to install, making it simple to edit the images. The team was friendly and helpful, taking the time to clarify things when needed. While there was a slight delivery hiccup due to road issues, it was quickly resolved. Overall, a great service at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend them!

Stumbled on these guys looking for a secondhand slide scanner, investigated a bit further and it’s a great idea.

Got the top model for probably a lot less than I’d have lost if I bought new and then resold AND without any of the associated hassle.

Came early in a substantial container, worked straight out of the box once I’d come to terms with the software and was just as easy to pack and return prepaid via the local post office.

Really simple to rent an expensive really fast scanner.

I hired an automatic photo scanner for the Christmas period, and it arrived two days early, which was a pleasant surprise! I had it for two weeks, and it was fantastic. The equipment was easy to use and did exactly what I needed. I managed to scan over a thousand photographs to share with the family, preserving them for future generations to see on the cloud. Sending it back was a breeze, too. It came with a box and return label. I dropped it off at the local collection point, and it was returned with no fuss at all. Highly recommend this service.

Everything worked perfectly. Envio even sent it a couple of days early to make sure I got it before the Christmas holiday (had ordered it for Christmas Eve delivery).

The whole rental process was simple and very efficient. The Epson Fast Scanner and all the necessary cables arrived in a custom-made secure box, all instructions for use were provided and the scanner worked perfectly, scanning hundreds of documents and thousands of photographs extremely well. As a number of photographs were quite old and faded, the picture enhancement option really improved the quality of the photograph. A great service in total. Thank you.
