The sample collecting kit arrived quickly and the lab results were also prompt. However, it's hard to comment on the quality of the lab analysis itself without information on the lab's accreditation.

I am still waiting for the 2nd kit I ordered when ordering 2 for £90. The other two came within a couple of days do out of 4 ordered I have received only 3! I have spoken to the on line shop people twice about it but still no 4 th kit!!!!!

Quick Results
Overall the service was good with a quick turnaround on the samples. Only two minor gripes are that the return envelope was a bit small and the mask provided with the kit is a very poor quality indeed. I used a big yellow brand name disposable mask instead.

They gave me peace of mind when I needed it most .i posted the kit off .it came back quickly a brilliant result no hidden cost .everyone including our builder thought it was asbestos,i was facing a big bill to have it dealt with .im so glad i did the test save a lot of money .thank you .Karen Odonnell July 2025

You send out review emails but as yet I’ve not even received my test results…. So in this case you only get 2 stars…. Maybe get the results out first….

Test kit was out to us quickly and the results sent to us within a week.
