Absolutely Disgusting Service! Ordered shoes, money taken ….. still no shoes ! Apparently they’re on pre order?????????? Really? At no point was this said when ordering, can’t get hold of anyone. Please don’t waste your money on this company

Easy communication excellent shoes and really finished the look for my daughters prom

Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived, was finally told they’re on pre order even though this is not mentioned on the website, tried to contact countless times to find out when these are due in just to be ignored. Quick to take money but can’t reply!

So I cant talk about the shoes yet, because they still didnt arrive. Paid extra for premium shipping 1-2 working days. I ordered 3 weeks ago. Wanted to wear them to prom, unfortunatly prom was a week ago. Not sure what to do now 50 bucks just for shipping. 30 to envy shoes, but hey guess what I had to pay 20€ uptop for zoll (dont know the english word, its german). Yeah gonna ask for my money back when the shoes arrive. Maybe sending them back depending how the shoes arrive. Im pissed

Ordered shoes on pre order for delivery in February. Sent numerous emails
Chasing as absolutely nothing received from them in regards to updates! Finally had enough and asked for a refund as the even I ordered the shoes for had passed and then received an email
Saying they had been dispatched! Received my parcel
On Saturday 28th March (over 6 weeks after ordering!) Don’t even want the shoes anymore but can’t even be bothered sending them back as given the service received I doubt I’d ever receive a refund! Shoes are ordered from Envy but branding on shoe says Chic!

Pre order took almost 6 weeks over expected delivery and there was no update to keep me informed

Ordered some shoes on the 13th October that were for pre-order, shipping mid November. I contacted them in December asking for a refund and cancellation as I had still not received my order or sent any follow up and was told that they were still on pre-order and they did not cancel/ refund my order. It is now February and when I enter my order number and email on the chat it says “there is a problem finding your order”. Customer service is terrible.

Do not buy from this company!!! Payed for boots over a month ago and still not received them!!! Sent numerous emails all ignored then got one reply saying they will be delivered mid November… still nothing !! Terrible customer service!

Order no 90595 ordered boots on 6th October and still haven’t received them. I’ve had no communication ans when I go on to the website it says order unfulfilled yet the money has been taken

The show i purchase was not of the style or shoes i ordered. It had stick on silver sequins that was pulling off. The website does not have any contact details to contact Envy Yours in regards to the shoe.

My parcel got left at my front door, I emailed the company twice before I got a reply - to which they just said for me to ask my neighbours if they took my parcel as it says delivered! This was 2 weeks ago I still am no further in an update in regards to my missing parcel and I’m down the 2 pairs of shoes I bought. Absolutely Awful definitely wouldn’t recommend!

ZERO TRUST in this company called: ENVYOURS.
They have NO customer service of any sort as of 6/09/25.
The Mis-represent item . Pictures are 100% different than the item received .
My Silver Square/ Circle flat sandals were suppose to be rhinestone throughout . Super sparkle appeal in photo’s and video.
When received today the rhinestones were entirely made of plastic sheets of plastic stones with ZERO sparkle . I could not believe I spent so much for them and in such anticipation of receiving and it’s all plastic .
If that was not enough, they unraveled, the plastic rope only was stuck on by a collar glue back . Again, I am so angry and disappointed because I have spent a good hour trying to read to find any type of customer service -THAT DOES NOT EXIST . No trust in this company that falsely represents what you actually received This item is no better than a cheap pair of rubber flip flops worth $5.00. Do not buy!!! They are Crooks. American made is the only way your ever goi g to get what you pay for . Now go do the right thing please .
