Ordered lunch time and the shoes were delivered the next day. I was well informed on the delivery time .

Ordered evening heels for my wedding and paid for next day delivery. Order did not arrive. EVRI is the delivery service and have clearly lost the parcel as shoes should have been here 4 working days ago. Have contacted Envy Shoes 3 times and received no reply. Wedding is in 5 days and will have no shoes…

Some of the diamonds on the shoe were already off and that was disappointing to see as the shoes did not look brand new

Lovely shoes for my daughters Prom. She is really pleased with them.

1) Accidentally ordered the wrong told them within good time, they said they have updated and the new size will come.

2) It came to me in the wrong size, so returned it and all of a sudden the product was sold out..they asked me to pick another one

3) I pick the same in a different colour apparently in the seconds they replied it was sold out so after browsing I picked another set of heels that look very similar to the original pair and they it was in stock.

4) Order comes and it’s someone else’s order. The package had my address inside was flats that weren’t even my size and someone else’s receipt and address.

5) Told them they made me organise a collection which I did it was collected they asked for proof 5 times I kept sending it. These were supposed to arrive end of April and till this very day I haven’t got my heels or a refund. I keep getting an apology and asked for the collection receipt which I’ve seen multiple now.

This was my first time ordering from them they had beautiful heels I wanted to try but the experience has been so bad and considering I still don’t have my order is appalling. Don’t shop here guys the customer service cones lovely at first but as you can see that’s where it ends too. Very very disappointing

To start with have me the wrong order with broken pieces on the shoe and when they finally sent the right order the same issue again with broken pieces and heel broke within an hour of me wearing them. DO NOT ORDER

I got a pair of boots and the zip split and couldn’t wear them

Guys don’t even bother honestly, the only good thing I can say is it came quick , that’s probs cuz I’m based in the uk or was just fortunate lol …. apart from that, they be catfishing their stuff it looks nothing like the picture, the quality of the shoes is horrible looks so worn out and imagine i just bought it, guys the reviews don’t lie , don’t know why my dumbass didn’t check. Luckily it was only £30 but still. Save your coins people and go to the mall to get your flippin heels gotdamn it , because their better then these flippin ones. I should’ve knew there was suttin fishy with this website they do all these stupid coupon codes, that when you use it it never works, don’t fall for it people, they just want you to spend your money. Don’t waste it WARNINGGGGG!!!. NEVER AGAIN. LOL All those followers on instagram Have to be fake Cause ain’t no wayyyyyyy , they have us fooled, You can always buy Fake followers , don’t Fall for it , RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE IMMEDIATELY!!!

The shoes are beautiful and came very quickly

The boots look different from the picture on the website. Shipping and delivery took 2 weeks.

I ordered my shoes on 1/17 and paid extra for expedited shipping and have yet to receive my shoes. The package is showing in Ohio pending a clearance event, I reached out to customer service and was told it’s out of their control. If you are in the US reconsider your order. This was my first and last time ordering with envy.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Placed my order on 23rd December 2022 today is the 25th January 2023 over a month and still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer services and their resolution or lack there of was absolutely shocking I was advised to wait 28 days to see if the courier manages to find the item which the courier confirmed they lost instead of rightfully offering a refund or replacement and managing the courier company with regards to the claim after doing so as most companies do they instead make this the customers problem, from the reviews I have read I am not the only one who has had issues like this, I also paid for next day delivery and was not refunded for this even though this was a service I clearly did not receive. Daylight robbery in my opinion. Won’t be ordering again and I do NOT recommend.

Even with petal strikes this is ridiculous
