Prompt, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, determined to get everything right
Ash was very prompt to get in touch and visit when first referred by the estate agent, and went on to complete the EPC and floorplan within a couple of days. It's true what the reviews been saying that he's extremely personable and knowledgeable. Watch out that he correctly notes whether or not your energy meters are "smart" (not that it has any bearing on the EPC rating), and that he has all the internal doors opening in the right direction on the floorplan. These were a couple of errors on his original offerings, and he was completely attentive and responsive about getting them corrected. He was determined to get everything right, and very agreeable and good at communicating about it. Thank you.

Ash is a first class EPC assessor whose experience means his reports are accurate and detailed. We have used him to rate both our home and investment property as we consider his work first class. He always asks for evidence of work which may affect EPC rating, is meticulous and provides helpful specific feedback on how to improve ratings. Highly recommended.
