I have given a 5 star review specifically for the service received from Karim. He arrived on time, quietly and efficiently got on with his work, was pleasant and friendly in his approach and had excellent communication skills. It was a pleasure to meet him and because of him the process was easy and stress free. We received his invoice shortly after his visit, paid it on receipt and received the certificate by return email. Excellent service all round Karim, thank you.
I did initially have some concerns about using EPC. I paid a £5 deposit on 22nd October but then heard nothing from them. I rang the mobile number shown on the web page on 25th October and a man answered and said he’d sort it out. I still heard nothing so rang the 0808 number from the web page on 28th October but it didn’t ring. I looked on their website and got a different 0808 number, which was promptly answered and an appointment made for 31st October when Karim visited us and carried out the inspection. I am now still waiting for the £5 refund to be made, as advised.

I was contacted to make an appointment within a minute of completing the online form! And had the appointment a few hours later. A very polite and friendly man came to do the assessment. I had the EPC certificate next morning. Great service!

I found this company through Checkatrade and enquired via the website having read all of the positive reviews. I was impressed to receive an immediate callback from Drew, who explained the process and answered all of my questions and so I booked the appointment for a few days later. Drew messaged to confirm his arrival time on the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time and he was polite and respectful, he was great with my dogs, and was professional throughout the whole 20-30 minute appointment. It was a pleasure to talk with him about energy efficiency improvements and the UK property market as he knows so much about it. He emailed me the payment details that afternoon, and I received the EPC certificate shortly after payment. The whole process was exactly as explained at the start.

Drew was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided a clear explanation of what he was looking for during his assessment and gave us some sound advice as to what we could do ourselves to improve our energy efficiency without breaking the bank.

The completed EPC was registered online within 24 hours and contained some practical guidelines to potential improvements. We have no hesitation in recommending Drew’s services.

i found Drew's company through an online search and filled the quote form in. Drew contacted me within minutes and I rang him. I am in another country and drew easily accommodated my short notice request for an appointment due to the sale of my house. He also arranged for one of his acquaintances to disconnect a cooker and remove it although this does not fall in his line of work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was nothing short of exemplary in his service and I would definitely recommend his services to others. My certificate was made available to me within an hour of completing too!

UPDATE - They contacted me and refunded me. They explained they didn't cover my region (London) and the refund takes 5-10 days. I eventually got the refund. I didn't get the first email but did get the second one so I believe they are honest and genuine.

Booked an EPC on 18th June. Their site clearly states "Our team is committed to promptly reaching out to you within one hour to confirm a date and time to carry out your EPC assessment". I have chased them 3 times now and still haven't received an email or call from them to organise this. Is it a scam?

I was looking for a Energy Performance Certificate to sell my house. I searched online and Drew called me and said he was in the area and could do my inspection the same day at a reasonable price. I agreed, he came did the inspection and l paid by bank transfer. I received the rating a couple days later as part of the company next transfer to the government system.

I was looking for someone to do an EPC inspection as I needed an up to date certificate for selling my house.

I came across Drew's website and entered my details. Drew called me within 5 minute and I was amazed he was able to come round within a few of hours that day to conduct the EPC inspection!

Had no idea who to choose to get an energy certificate from other than I wanted a local firm so randomly booked this company after a quick Google search. Drew arranged an appointment that same day and the energy certificate was instantly available for me after paying on the spot. Drew's communication was great - he'd later messaged to say he was running late as stuck in traffic but he still managed to get here on time. It was the best decision made getting Drew around who was polite and respectful of our home. Not only did he give sound energy advice but also recommended an estate agent who I'm happy to use. Very easy to book an appointment and in my case it was super fast as we got the appointment and certificate within few hours from contacting EPCS Direct. Communication with Drew was very good and he was very friendly and respectful of the property.

Drew arranged a very convenient appointment time and was prompt and punctual.
He was extremely efficient in undertaking his survey. He asked appropriate and sensible questions to ensure the survey was accurate.
