The staff in the Cork office are great! I had issues with a heating controller and they were very helpful and got my issue fixed. When they said they’d follow up, they did. Great customer service!

App v easy once you get the hang of it. Any issues simplest thing seems to be log out and log back in it worked for me anyway. The installation did not take long and no plaster or paintwork was disturbed. The support flawless from EPH in Cork was fantastic. I I have a disability and live alone. To be able to come back to a warm house is invaluable

A problem developed with my EPH 2 Zone programmer.
After wasting time waiting for an electrician who, in spite of promises, never appeared. I contacted Technical at EPH and received prompt attention from two different technicians. Efforts were made to resolve the problem by phone but these were unsuccessful. It was eventually decided to replace the programmer. This arrived 24 hours after despatch. In all I was in contact with the technicians for 5 days, which included the weekend. The service I received was excellent. Emails were responded to promptly and every effort was made to keep their customer advised and happy. Manufacturers technicians are there to help and nobody should hesitate to contact them.

Moved into our new home. Rang the engineer at 9pm on a Saturday night. He talked me through the fix and got us up and running in no time. Great help and truly excellent service. With a bit of Craic. Many thanks one happy family. Highly recommended.

Neil came out to visit me and asked me to monitor my system and message him with the results so we could go from there, I was pleased that he was able to come out so quickly and thought I’d maybe found someone actually helpful which is hard these days! However after monitoring my system, I messaged him 3 times over the space of a week with zero answer from him after this , just completely ignored. Poor for someone claiming to be reliable.

I had one of their systems via my plumber 2 years ago. Last week the app lost connection with the gateway and I emailed them on Saturday. First thing Mondsy I was contacted and asked to clarify me issues. I was then told to contact them by phone when I was home. 20 minutes later I was sorted, staff were absolutely fantastic, in their dealings with me, professional, courteous and polite. This is getting to be a rare experience in the service industry, so excellent!

I have recently fitted two programmable thermostats with receivers and wifi gateway. In choosing this setup I emailed three times to EPH for advice. The service was absolutely excellent and the system works (with the ember app) exactly as claimed. It was easy to install and program. Totally recommended,

Fantastic service. We were in a real bind with our boiler causing issues year after year. Neil’s service was prompt, efficient and professional. He persevered and worked hard to fix the core problem while keeping costs down as much as possible. Communication was good and we will go back to Neil for future work. Highly recommend.

Neil was quick at acting once I told him my boiler wasn't working, and was able to diagnose quickly. source the part and had it fitted and working within 2 days. He cleaned up after himself and it was like he was never there.

Had an issue with an actuator failure. Have to say brilliant customer service from EPH issue resolved in less than 24 hours and it was the easiest process in dealing with their technical support.

Cannot thank Paul enough. Every time I’ve needed an emergency plumber he’s been here super quickly and completed amazing work. Will literally never use another plumber, cannot recommend highly enough!

Needed our shower replaced. Came and assessed the job and worked out that the last install had used the wrong wattage shower. I ordered a new one as directed and Neil returned and had it fitted and cleared up in under an hour. Perfect - really reasonable and professional.

As someone who works in the plumbing industry and reviewing installations on a weekly basis for a day job, I can honestly say that EPH Services’ work is some of the best I’ve come across. I had Neil install a new boiler in my home and also some fittings in my bathroom and the work was top quality, prompt, neat and tidy. I’m probably quite a demanding customer, but Neil took it all in his stride and impressed me with his technical knowledge and the quality of his workmanship. I’ve since had EPH Services back for the boiler’s annual service and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are easy to pay too! Reliable plumbers can be hard to come by, but look no further than EPH, I can highly recommend.

Can only say good things about this company, attended when they said they would and found the fault with my boiler very quickly, explained what was going wrong ( I didn’t have a clue what he was telling me ) and had my boiler up and going the same after getting the replacement part
