When ordering the description stated get the dress in 2-5 days. What a crock!!! I ordered on 9/8. It is now 9/29/23. I still have not receive the items I ordered. AND on top of that I paid $19.95 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING!! Most all my emails were ignored except for the "please be patient' crap. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PLAN ON DEALING WITH CRAPPY RESPONSES AND BEING PATIENT.

I paid $80 and in return I received an a dress worth maybe $10 it looks nothing like what I ordered. And shortly after my order was placed, my bank account was hacked.

Piece of Do-Do is what I got! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and I got something that I can't even figure out how to hang. It's thin, sewn horribly, the lace on the dress that shows in the pictures on their website is literally painted on the material! The material, if we can call it that is a piece of trash! Ugh! So irritated, I should have done my research on this bogus warehouse

SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Three months and still haven’t received the dress I ordered. Dozens of emails later with “be patient” responses! They said I had to cancel within 24 hours for a refund and now want to charge me more money to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Zero!!! This place is a FRAUD! I ordered a gorgeous dress and received a see through sheath of a thing that was very crudely put together and is not even wearable! Do not order anything from this company. They are also under Shine. Same rip off deal.
They say they will refund 50% of my money, but after the shady deal with the dress I don’t expect anything.

As many have said NO STARS. Doesn't deserve the one that I have to give to leave a review. Ordered two outfits in April and it is now mid July and still nothing. Emails keep telling me to be patient and keep waiting for my delivery. Kick myself for not researching the company better before placing my order and paying. Have now disputed with my Credit Card.

What a phony baloney website. The dress I got, well, even a second hand store would throw it out. Disgusting how they can take people's money like that. I also blame myself for not checking the reviews first. This is what prompted me to become a verified trustpilot reviewer. Maybe I can warn others. Beware. They also use the name Carriey and try to associate with Shein but they are not. I try to make a filter to stop getting emails but they keep changing the relay email company.

Nothing but a scam! I ordered 3 items. Received one, a pair of shoes. Still waiting for a dress AND I ordered a pant suit for my son's wedding and got a top that is nothing like the outfit and no pants all for $122 (pant suit-$60+). They only respond by email with the same email message. No phone number, no other way to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The dresses that arrived were NOT the dresses in the picture.
The dresses were similar to the color but poorly made, see through, similar to a really cheap night gown!! Unbelievable!
Had to settle for only getting 50% return.
Postage to return dresses would have been more expensive.

So sad that there are people out there willing to hurt other people!

ZERO Stars!!!!
They sent me a transparent sheath dress the was made by a child. It is un wearable as it is. NOT the lovely dress I ordered. Tried to contact them. Got an email to check with my neighbors. I requested a tracking number, it does not match this awful dress package. UPS and Post office state the tracking number is not a valid tracking number.
As I read the other reviews I wish I had read before I ordered.

Je suis très déçu par la commande que j’ai fait chez epichop, la robe que j’ai reçu n’ai pas du tout la même que j’ai commandé en plus ce que j’ai reçu ressemble à un chiffon de très mauvaise qualité et transparente rien à voir avec la robe que j’ai commandé, j’ai gaspillé mon argent pour rien, j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails mais malgré ça ils ne veulent pas comprendre et ils m’ont pas remboursé, c’est des fraudes.

Nunca recibí el producto, pero si cobraron a mi tarjeta de crédito, esto es un fraude, y yo compre 2 vestido, ladrones, el FBI debería averiguar sobre estas compañía fantasmas, ladrones!!!

I give them zero stars. I too fell victim to their scam. Ordered what looked to be a beautiful dress description. Said built in bra, sequins and beading. Layers of flair.

LOL. What a joke. I wish I could post a picture. It wa a shell of a dress. I ordered a small. And two people could’ve fit in it. It was one layer composer through no beeding or sequin it was a joke. A literal waste of material.

I tried to get my money back and at first they said they would refund 1/2 and I could keep the item. I laughed and sent numerous emails indicating I demanded a full refund. Then they said ok but you need to return the dress. I explained I was not spending even 1 cent to return the piece of junk they sent. They refused to give my refund now unless I return the item.

Here is the irony. I paid $39.98 plus $8 shipping to get the piece of Material. Now if I want a refund of my $39.98 I need to spend another $15 minimum (per their shipping requirements) to return the material so I would now be out $63 and they would refund me $39. Hmm I doubt I would even get my money back. I went to my cc company and told them it was a scam.

I never received my product. They said it was delivered to check with neighbors or post office. Post office stated that the tracking number was not one that post office used. I communicated with customer service for months and nothing came from that communication. Lesson learned😢

Epichop is the most unprofessional fraudulent company I have ever encountered. A dress I ordered arrived looking absolutely nothing like the elegant dress I ordered. To my surprise, as I took the dress from the package, it was a thin see-through material. The design of the dress was as if no one had any clue as to what the dress really looks like. The dress is a sack! I wish pictures could be displayed.
It's despicable how this company is able to operate and deceive their customers. FRAUD ALERT!

I will not recommend this company.I ordered contacted them and still haven’t received refund of the complete wrong item sent.
