The dress I ordered and the dress that came in were not the same. What was sent to me look more like a negligee because it was see through. I have emailed the company at least four times and have not heard anything from them I would like a refund but I'm pretty sure I won't be hearing from them but I will never order from them and I will tell everybody about them so that nobody else loses money to this rip-off company

I didn’t receive my dress . I paid over $44 dollars. I got a tracking number and order number. It is not on the the tracking . Robin carreno

Epic hop sent me a piece of crap dress that is nothing like what I ordered. Since every address I have tried won’t go through I will just tell the truth about how I fell about Epichop. I want a full refund of what they charged me, but you cannot get a hold of them to return the material they sent me. I would not be buying from Epichop ever again. Pam P

The website certificate shows validated not before April 2023. I would not order any items from this website, it's sad that people take the time to scam others, could be doing something more positive and rewarding in life.

Ordered two items of clothing. Never received one and the other was nothing g that anyone could wear. It looks like a bad Halloween costume. It was in no way the beaded dress that was advertised.

I ordered 2 dresses on March 31st. The website said they ship in 2-5 days. After almost 2 weeks, I emailed to see when the order shipped. Said they had more orders than anticipated and would ship soon. Several more emails with the same answer, I ask for a full refund, I got the same reply others had gotten, saying they will charge me 15% for processing. I said no, I disputed it with my credit card company. Told them I was turning them into the BBB, and told them they better send me the dresses I ordered and not anything else. Same answer. Finally I sent an email saying OMG! Stop scamming me and send the order already, I’ve read the reviews and they are horrible, I will not be scammed by your company any longer! They then sent me an email saying they refunded my money and I should see it in 2 weeks on my credit card, it’s only been 7 days, so we’ll see. I was so disappointed that I didn’t get the dresses but I don’t deal with this company EVER again!

If I could give a zero star I would. This company is a total scam. Do not order anything. The beautiful dress in the picture is not what I received. I wish I could put a picture on here. It is horrible. Took forever to receive. I am not for sure how I even get my money back.

OMG After requesting a full refund on a garment that I ordered in December 2022 & despite receiving emails from them to say my order has been shipped I still not have received my order after nearly 6 months & as I have requested a total refund theynow they want to charge me 15% of what I paid for my order. They are the ones who have defaulted by not supplying what I ordered. Do not order anything from this company or their other company shine. Total rubbish & lies. They should not be allowed to continue trading. Hopefully the ACCC in Australia will ban them. It’s a bloody disgrace!

I ordered a 3x dress and when I got it the sleeves on the jacket were so small I couldn't even get my arms in them . Apparently the Chinese think that your arms stay a size 12 when you gain weight. No working email to talk to , no phone number to call. I sent it back to the address on the shipping label and asked a refund back in March Have heard nothing from them and the charge is still o my credit card with no sign of a refund. SCAM COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission as they shouldn't be able to sell in the US

The dress I ordered looked fabulous on the website - just what I wanted for my son's wedding. What arrived was actually a 'dish rag' which is not only appalling quality, but is actually unwearable due to it's weird shape. I wish I was able to submit images on here to show just how terrible the 'dress' is. I've requested a refund several times, but they just keep sending meaningless responses. This is a completely illegal operation - not sure how to report them as they're based in China.

Dress was nowhere and nothing like what was advertised. Advert was sadly EXTREMELY misleading compared to what they actually sent.

I ordered a dress on the 3th of februari, I needed it for a wedding in April. Still got no dress and no refund. They answering you’re e-mail with an automatic answere. These people are scum

I wish i had read these reviews BEFORE spending my hard earned money buying 2 dresses in December, which have still NOT been shipped. I ordered 2 dresses and a clutch bag....the handbag arrived - but the dresses have not, despite numerous emails, and me threatening, still nothing. SCAM ALERT

Unfortunately there is no way of really showing how this company is stealing people’s money in broad daylight. It’s just a bunch of meaningless emails that they send out trying to explain why they are taking long to ship the orders. If they don’t send the order in the next few weeks I will just have to post all their emails and show what they are really up to they are terrible!!!!

A complete disappointment! I ordered two elegant dresses and got two see-through pieces of cloth! They (Epichop) have a nice website with lots of items but do not get carried away by that!

This website Epichop is a SPAM. Please help to all people don't lose money. I lost my money, my patience...I had conversation with a company Shein, because Epichop is a branch of them. Customer service do not want to talk and just sending a letters with explanation about losing the money.

This is a complete SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! My mom order a dress and after a whole month of waiting we got a little bag with a see through fabric it wasn’t even a dress! It was a complete joke! We asked for our money back and they said we have to send the dress back but they won’t pay for the return. And who guarantees that they will refund the money? Basically we lost our money. I wish I could post photos of what we got!! This was an absolute joke and super upsetting seeing what we got for a “ dress”

If I could give it a neg10 I would. Total trash.. Nothing like they advertise or portray .. if the price is too good to be true .. than it is! Lesson learned.. Total rags, incomplete sets, like nylon nightgown.. couldn’t even get it over my head or thru the arms..
